“Brian was absolutely phenomenal. We called for an appointment today and Brian was at the house 3 hours earlier than expected and fixed my Mom's air conditioner within an hour. Not only was he efficient, he was kind and so helpful. Within 15 minutes the temperature dropped from 99 degrees to just above 80 degrees and still dropping. I am so incredibly grateful for Brian. He most certainly has a heart for people and loves what he does!! Thank you Brian!!!”
