Thankfully, the Williamsport MD post office accepted walk-ins, and I’m very satisfied with the service I received here. The drive was worth it, and most importantly the customer service from Rob who works here was excellent. He was knowledgeable, detailed and kept me well informed. You can tell he is a hard worker as he multitasked providing assistance to all customers. I’ll be coming back next week for another passport service, and I am happy to drive the 30 minutes to this specific location. Thank you Rob for creating a memorable and easy experience!”
“Blown away by the kindness of the manager and staff. Company that shipped my mail messed up the address, so it was not delivered. I showed up to the post office to try and pick it up as it was very important to get today. The manager went out of her way at 4PM to meet the carrier to go get my package.
