A+++!!! This place is GREAT!!! I came by with zero notice because my car was overheating post timing belt installation. If it was not for Russ’s incredible knowledge I would have had to cancel my trip. He analyzed the problem, explained it to me, and got me on the road again fast. He did not even charge me although he used his coolant!!! I will use this place for all my service needs when nearby! Wanna protect your family from getting ripped off? Then go see Russ and know you are in good hands with honest hard workers!!!

Tech staff were great. Had to struggle to get a bolt off skid plate but they got it and even put some anti seize to help next time.

They are always fast friendly and helpful. I’m a mom of 5 and always busy. Whenever I need an oil change this is my go too! They are not “salesman” trying to get an extra buck which is so nice. I always have kids with me and they even give a token for free cone or one dollar off a blizzard! This last time I needed wipers they had them in stock and replaced for me and the price was extremely reasonable! Thanks guys appreciate the hard work!

Russ was super friendly, had me in and out for an oil change with plenty of complimentary extras for $47 for a Kia Sportage. I'll be back!

Long wait. Young guy I don't usually see pulls me on gets under the hood check my tires and 20 minutes later tells me they don't have oil to do my oil change. Calls to see how long it will be isn't sure. I confirm that it's safe to drive my car because I don't know what he did for 20 minutes. sends me to the next place that has another long line.

Wonderful customer service! Can’t say enough about Russ and what they do for regular customers such as myself. Yes it’s a bit pricey than competitors but Peterson’s is personable and convenient place to get oil changes!

Have gotten my oil changed there multiple times now. Very helpful and friendly. Love that the tech remembered me and remembered my vehicle. It's the little things that matter and the staff there is great!
