I needed a new fridge and had one delivered in almost the same time it took me to make it home from the showroom! John was a very helpful sales person and the delivery team is always so polite and thoughtfully works out the best options to get the appliances in and out of our home! Everyone knows how important a fridge is (especially to a large family) so I really appreciated the immediate service!

Excellent customer service from the initial visit to the store, to the order and delivery /install. We ordered our GE dishwasher the evening before it was delivered. Mike and Joe were on time and very professional to do the install. They were very thorough. Next time we need an appliance we will be going to Orsini’s.

Amazing costumer service! Ordering with Laura was a breeze and she answered all of my questions! I went with the Maytag Pet Pro and I couldn't be happier with her recommendation. The delivery and installation crew worked great with my schedule and were professional, timely, and kind! I highly recommend Orsinis!

I bought a wall oven and had it installed today 8-20-24. Cecil and his partner did a fantastic job. The went above and beyond putting it in. They stayed till after 5pm and cleaned up what little dust there was. These guys are amazing and so is Orsini's. This would be the third appliance that I have purchased. I now have all new white whirlpool appliances that I totally love.

Got a new GE Profile frig here. Really nice people working there. Same price as the big box places but better people to ask questions. The guys that delivered the frig were super nice and very careful with everything they did.
Would buy from here again.

I’ve purchased appliances many times from Orsini’s for my home and for my business. I’ve been impressed with the customer service, the knowledge of the employees, and the professionalism of their installers. While I would pay more for that kind of service, I don’t have to. Orsini’s prices are always reasonable. They’ve never let me down. I would highly recommend them!

What a great local store. High quality grills, appliances and more. We have purchased an amazing crawfish/seafood boiler that made the job so easy. Great product.
We also bought a fridge and a microwave there that was delivered and installed next day. Awesome customer service and great selection. Now my favorite store. Thanks guys.

We had a really good experience with Orsini’s! We needed a new dishwasher like two weeks before Thanksgiving. We went in for the first time, they educated us and then left us to browse which we loved. We ordered and it was delivered in a week or so. Unfortunately when we used it the first or second time it was leaking but we called Orsini and they came back out and replaced all the seals at no cost and it’s been perfect ever since. Hoping the customer service remains intact for years to come!

Purchased all new appliances and Orsini's did the install. Fridge was left with packing and debris still inside. Dish washer was hooked up, but water line was off...not sure they bothered testing the unit. Washing machine was not running properly from the start, had to wait weeks for a tech to arrive.
