Erica is a rock star. I gave her my criteria for a car choice, my budget and my less than stellar credit. She met my expectations and then exceeded them. After test driving my car, I was in the finance office for 15 minutes (I read every contract word). Opequon Motors' staff were kind, courteous and problem solvers. We had an issue with with a service visit, that was not noticed for a few days after our visit and a 4 hour trip away from the area. We were able to return home and called the service department on Monday morning where I spoke to Service Manager Greg. He was a pleasure to speak to and work with. He made everything correct right away, without hesitation. Very impressed with the customer Service. Highly recommend Opequon for sales and service.

Dealer was very accommodating and understanding. They provided us a loaner car while waiting for a new transmission to come in. After almost two months of waiting with no transmission we were able to locate a dealer that had a transmission.

I was told a temporary fix to a tire would be made before I left which wasn’t and was very dangerous. If nothing else the spare should have been put on as I was getting 4 new tires. Then I wait over 2 hours for 4 new tires with no one communicating with me and me constantly having to ask how much longer. The average time for 4 new tires balance and rotation is 45-60 not 2 hours!! Coffee was cold, chairs were ripped up, very very bad customer service

Took my Buick here a couple weeks ago, it was covered by the Ford's extended warranty. Car had a bad mass airflow sensor which was super easy fix. They billed my warranty company for half the cost and billed me the rest. They tried to blame it on my warranty company but after I spoke with Ford ESC they stated the company never even submitted the charges. I had $100 deductible and ended up paying over $200 plus they got me for a air filter that I did not need. I know it's not that much money but the service manager yelled at me and told me he was not going to explain to me why they charged me the money and store manager never returned my call. Beware of this place for sure. They also told me that the diagnostic fee was for each issue I had so it would be a minimum of $118 for each item that I reported issues with. If they wanted to charge me an hour worth of diagnostics fees they could have diagnosed the mass flow sensor and my suspension light and then they would have legit got an hour worth of diagnostic fee. Instead I only let them do the mass air flow sensor because they scared me so bad with a diagnostic charges. Companies like this are why the warranty company goes off of the Mitchell labor rates.
