In 2021 two times I took my 5 month old Biewer Yorkie there and was satisfied with the grooming and my pup came out happy to see me. The 3rd appt my puppy came out very scared, shaking just wanted me to put her in the car and kept herr head turned away from the groomer that brought her out to me and wouldn't even look at! . Her entire demeanor had changed in a matter of 2½ hours. She hid in the house was afraid of everyone and everything. She went from this happy go lucky pup loving and happy to see everyone to a traumatized puppyIt took me and my family almost 3 weeks to get her personality back, to stop shaking and being deathly afraid. I have no idea what went on during her grooming but what ever they did to her. I suspect the groomer hit her uncontrollably and hurt her badly. She wasn't always corportive to get groomed but not enough to do what ever they did to her. Please please don't take your pet there. I did call three days later (I had to calm down) about the abuse of my pup but the groomer acted Iike she had no idea what I was talking about. I had to take my dog to the vets to make sure she did not have any broken ribs or fractures. I wish I could remember the lady that was her groomer. This is my second review post, not surprised that my original post never showed up so thought I'd try again for the safety of other fur babies!THE GROOMER WAS BOBBI**Note: The groomer was not Tina

Tina is by far the most caring and trustworthy person we have known to take care of our pet's grooming needs. She has been extremely helpful with recommending treatments for our dog's allergies as well.

We had our fur baby done there for the first time. I must say Tina did a GREAT job & I think for the first time ROSIE has gotten a Corgi hair cut. Tina did a WONDERFUL JOB. We would definitely recommend them. We are so PLEASED Tina did GREAT.

Wow.... What an astonishing facility . North Berkeley Grooming is the Bel-Air of all grooming facilities in the Eastern Panhandle. Not only is it a state of the art facility, but the groomers are over qualified workers who go above and beyond to make your pets grooming experience astounding.

Midnight is a little skiddish around new people. She loves going here though!!! I was so impressed how personable they are. They come out and get her and treat her so sweetly—just as if she were a child! She made right up to them and I think she loved being there at the “Doggie Spa!” So happy we have found them!
