We drove up and asked the older gentleman if they were performing inspections. He mentioned we needed vehicle registration and proof of insurance, which we had. He didn't move from his seat and didn't show us where to park our car or anything to begin the process. He clearly didn't want us as customers; if you are a person of color, avoid this place. Go to Doc's across the street.

I purchased a car for my daughter, the owner said it was in great shape, drove the car and everything seemed fine until the engine kept trying to cut off every time she stopped. Took it to my boyfriend's mechanic, he stated that 3rd cylinder of the car was blown and to fix the car because it was a Volkswagen would cost $5k to remove the transmission and replace the cylinder. Surely you jest??

They worked with me on the down payment. However I get a letter saying I'm behind 648.40. I just got car on 8- 1- 18 put 500 down set up 75 a week payments. Now due to how im paid payments are always done every 2 weeks. I just got my tags last month which if i was already a month behind why give me hard tags and not say anything. Why let me go that far with no calls no letter. I do not owe them this money and have contacted the right channels to get the car i paid for back with out repaying what I already have. The guy who came and got it didn't even let me get my wallet nothing out of it and I can't get a hold of the car lot for anything this morning. They need a better system to keep track of payments then writing them down on an index card cause the payments put in drop box must not have been accounted fo when they were checks so i have the proof they have been cashed. If this issue is resolved the right way great. I'd recommend but if they turn out to be money hungry and thieves than I'd rate them a zero.

This dealer is transparent enough yet overpriced. I wouldn't recommend buying a car here unless you are willing to twist their arm on the price, keep in mind that car prices are always negotiable no matter what the dealer says at the time.

Sold me a car where they failed to file paperwork with state to issue license plate and car's title. The car has had an engine light that came about about a day after I bought it. They never had it fixed at the place they sent me to for the warranty. Currently waiting to hear back from mechanic and then pursing lawyer per lemon law of wv. No car can be sold as is.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. They sold my boyfriend a car with a “brand new transmission. It won't run and it hasn't even been a month. We tried to contact them to pick up the car within the “30 day warranty†and these cowards don't have the decency to follow their own policy. We continue to call and their phone line says disconnected. DO NOT give this business your time or money.

Salespeople are friendly and cordial, but you are going to get EXACTLY what you pay for, "as is where is". They would not fill up the car I purchased or replace and/or provide a second set of keys to my vehicle which had the ignition chip on it. Quality of vehicles are roughly a 5 to 6 on a 10 point scale for their 7+ year old vehicles. The newer model vehicles are their best products on the lot, and are of high quality. They provide you a "free" oil change voucher at the time you purchase your vehicle, but you are not able to redeem it at their specified repair shops as they have problems paying them. Extremely dissatisfied with the whole sales and customer service aspect of their business. Go somewhere else and get better satisfaction and a better experience with your car purchase.
