It was a very pleasant experience. I called sales when service could not fix my 2012 chrysler 300. A discontinued ABS module, could not be programmed.Anyway, I loved the car. Told the salesman, Tim, and he was able to find me a new one in Red! In another state and not part of CMA.Long story short....a new red chrysler 300. Nice people. Especially Tim Ortiz. I'll be using them for service. Thanks to the whole team. Judy C Martinez

I called this company about a vehicle they had on the lot, and I was excited to purchase it. I had a budget, so I asked the guy if he'd be able to do a flat price with taxes, tags and fees, he said let me call you back I have to find my manager. He called back and left me a voice mail saying yes they could include all of that in my flat price. I called back and asked if they could start the paperwork before I arrived so I wasn't sitting there for an hour while they did everything. They said yes and took all the information over the phone and in text message. About 30 minutes later I get a text saying call me asap, when I call I am told the vehicle couldn't pass its final inspection because something was wrong, they are sorry. As soon as I get off the phone I pull my credit report and sure enough they ran my credit. So now I've got no vehicle and a ding on my credit report.I do not recommend anyone shop here if this is how they're going to treat customers. On a side note the gentleman I spoke with was very pleasant and he genuinely sounded sorry.

Hands down best car buying experience I have had. Was in and out in around 2.5hours compared to the average 4hours I’ve had elsewhere. Staff was so friendly, helpful and treated me as a family member, not as just another sale. Not a single person was pushy to upcharge, or to sell their products. 10 out of 10, would recommend!!!

We were traveling and broke down and were in tight spot, but everyone at the dealership was very friendly and extremely helpful. They got us into a vehicle we could use, and we were on our way again extremely satisfied with their service and the work that they did for us! Tim, Dylan, Matt, Dalton, and everyone else made us feel very welcome and helped us with everything we needed. Very thankful for all they did!

Bought a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee last March and had a wonderful experience. Peppy Mills did a wonderful job making sure I got the car I wanted and the sames team is wonderful. Highly recommend! Hopefully one day I will be buying my brand new Charger from here! Goals!

It surprised me how amazing the whole staff was, especially Peppie Mills. The whole process was very professional and friendly. They explained every detail about the vehicle i was interested in very thoroughly. Every question I had regarding the specifications about the truck was answered correctly and clearly. The experience was hassle free thanks to Peppie. I will definitely be coming back for my next vehicle. 10/10 would recommend.

CMACDJR was absolutely the best dealership I have ever dealt with. Everyone was super friendly and professional. Our salesman Sebastian did a fantastic job and had us out the door in record time. Matt the finance manager super as well. A well oiled machine!

Low pressure, friendly staff. So, I didn't end up buying my truck from here, but I did test drive a Ram truck. First, the Ram trucks exceeded my expectations. Although, I ended up with a different truck from a different CMA dealership, I wanted to leave a review about how easy it was to work with the staff to arrange a test drive and discuss the pricing. I give high marks to the team, including Drew, Peppie, and Zach. I enjoyed going to their showroom and I definitely recommend visiting them to try out their vehicles. They treated me well and there was no pressure to purchase a vehicle.

I can’t say enough good things about this lot. Zack and his team were patient with us. They worked with due diligence to get us in the vehicle we wanted. Zack even came in on his day off to finalize the sale. Highly recommend working with this team.

Mike in the service dept was great. He took over a tough warranty claim for me, being the point of contact with the warranty company. He kept me updated through the entire process and got the job done quicker than I thought possible.

Only reason for the 2 stars is I did appreciate salesman Zack for coming in on his day off to complete my sale with me and the fact that they worked easily with my bank and me being out of state! . What I did not appreciate it the wait. I drove almost 2 hours after being told everything was all set. When I arrived I waited 2 hours to be able to complete my paperwork. Also I was not offered any additional vehicle warranty coverage and had to ask for my 2nd key. Will not go there to purchase my 2nd car. I do love my new Jeep!

Great service! Zack is the best salesman I’ve ever had. Very knowledgeable, found the car I wanted and had it delivered within 24 hours for the right price. Everyone there was equally impressive.

Personnel were very nice and helpful. However I have to come back because they stated that I have two items that didn't pass inspection. I just wish that I could have gotten everything done at the same time.

If you're thinking of purchasing a used vehicle from this dealership please DON'T. My husband and I bought a Jeep less than a year ago and it has been nothing but trouble! Less than 3 months after we bought it the transmission went out completely. I called the dealership to get help with it and all the salesman and sales manager did was put the blame on us for not buying the warranty which we were never offered! Now here we are about 6 months after paying $7.5k for a new transmission and it's back in the shop! The front drive shaft has to be replaced this time and when they crack the rear differential they said it smelled like something had died meaning it has never been serviced and this is going to cost us somewhere around another 7k to replace both. I'm not sure if it's a normal practice to sell a vehicle without giving it a thorough inspection but that is definitely not a chance I will taking again with this dealership.
