Five stars plus from a long term more than satisfied customer.
Martinsburg Service Center is more than fair with their pricing; is trustworthy and careful with repairs. Very responsive and attentive. I have an older Lexus that I prefer to use; they have gone well out of their way to check and recheck and repair this car for me at a more than reasonable cost. Safety of my vehicle is paramount to me; I feel safe and cared for when Martinsburg Service Center does the repairs .

I just moved to the area and needed a state inspection. It was easy to schedule and confirm an appointment with Martinsburg Service Center. They were very helpful and attentive when I entered the building for my appointment. There is a nice waiting area if you choose to wait for your vehicle to be serviced. My appointment was very quick, and I was on my way within the hour. Highly recommend!

Martinsburg Service Center is our go to repair center. We have used them in the past and found we always get up front and accurate information. The staff is professional and courteous. Every step of the process was communicated to us (THANKS COLE) for informative purpose and as needed approval for all aspects of the repair.
They performed a thorough inspection of the vehicle and found issues we weren't aware of - provided full photographic documentation of every aspect of their inspection. Put our minds at ease knowing exactly what they found.
Definitely recommend to anyone in need of quality repairs to their vehicles.

I was in Winchester, VA dropping off my lawnmower at Winchester Equipment. I got back in my truck, started it up drove several feet when my engine lite came on and the Truck stopped in its tracks.
At this point and time, I pretty much knew what the problem was (Fuel filter) why do I know, because it happened in the same location 4 months ago. I immediately called Martinsburg Service Center and spoke with Adam explaining what happened and if he or someone could drive to my location and install a NEW filter. After several conversations and calls, Adam did some research and told me Austin was on his way with gas and a new fuel filter.
Austin arrived at my location and installed the new filter, and started the truck up at which time Austin told me the fuel filter was the problem. We chatted for a while and he and I went our separate ways. My truck is running GREAT even better and I appreciate and very grateful to Martinsburg Service Center, Rick, Adam, Austin, and all those involved in getting my truck and I up and running.
