Went for a small 5cf chest freezer, got it home and it's dented, took it back and exchanged it for another one, get it home also dented but wasn't noticeable with the packing. Long story short, not handled with care and don't get deep freezers there. Customer service was very good though.

Great prices, lots of merchandise, but not so friendly customers service ? I didn't expect to get yelled at the paint dept for asking about primer in one paint. The women yelled at me that there was no such paint. That I had to purchase them separately!! So I went to Home Depot and bought a bucket of Bear Paint with primer. To bad for Lowe's, they missed a few Hundred dollars along with my other purchases. ?

Lowes needs work, did not have a simple 1 1/2" pvc coupling or water softener connections .the fittings I did purchase were faulty they had o rings that were dried out it fell apart when I opened the package. The store was cluttered feeling and dirty ,disorganized just a blah kinda vibe... I went to home depot after 2 failed trips to lowes...the customer service was horrible no one around to help...except for Wes he should be promoted to manager...so nice and friendly but he was not a plumbing specialist but we had a great interaction.
