They had rtic coolers on sale but they are chained up, asked someone to unlock it but they had to call someone to unlock it. Waited there 15-20 minutes and no one ever came. They are right beside the returns desk, and not a one of the people there had the tool to unlock it which is stupid. Lost out on a sale because you can’t have regular employees carry the key

0 stars. The employees are disrespectful to the customers ,can never talk to a manager, and they never want to help the customers out. Go somewhere else is shop they are ripoffing off peope there mistake and now doesn't want refund money for items ace hometown store is alot better than ripoff lowest

Lowes is a very good home improvement store. This review is not about Lowes, but instead about the Valspar paint that is sold there. I purchased a gallon of Valspar Reserve, from Lowes, in a red tint to cover a white wall. Valspar guarantees it will cover in one coat. I used standard painting practices of trim work first and rolling afterward, that produced an uneven result with every previous column of paint showing through the newest column. Since the guarantee is right on the can, I took the unused portion back and am expecting to hear from a Valspar representative in the next day to get a refund. I took photos of the finished work to prove the coverage is not what is stated on the can. Lowes people were very helpful.

I used to be a Lowe's gal all the time. I ordered something online BECAUSE they said it'd arrive at this store by Thursday. Now they say it wouldn't arrive till the 30th. It's just store to store. 30th doesn't work for me. False advertising. Then, I call, on hold for 50 min. Hang up, try again, on hold for 45 min.
I'm done. Get better help. And realize, our time is valuable also!

DO NOT DO IN STORE PICKUP. They have no idea what they are doing. Took 20 minutes and having to go inside for a roll of tape.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I don’t understand how people can just lie and there be no repercussions. I was told that when I bought my husband‘s father day gift I could have it assembled on Father’s Day. It would be ready at 8 AM my receipt says assembly and pick up on 616 which is in fact Father’s Day. When I went to Lowe’s today after trying to call for several hours said oh too bad our assembly team isn’t even here on until Monday and when I asked why I was told they just looked at me like I was a Karen. So there’s nothing I can do I feel hopeless and now I’m going to spend hours trying to assemble my husband‘s Father’s Day gift .

The parking lot is always one of the worst parts about going here. Sometimes its impossible to get out, even with a green light. Other than that its a nice store thats well stocked with friendly workers ready to help. Just wish the city planner passed 5th grade and knew how traffic worked so it would be a more pleasant experience.

It's a Lowe's. Most likely will find what you need for any project you're doing. If not... It's probably available on their website to order.

I pick up orders from here and nine out of ten times they waste my time and money by not having the order ready when they call for somebody to pick it up

Some team members were knowledgeable about sectioned merchandise, whereas others still needed training. The team member near the entrance of the store was indifferent, didn't speak, nor attempted to assist my son when he wanted to purchase merchandise. Another member oriented customer service processed him payment & and thanked him for coming!
