I personally, had a mess on my hands regarding my taxes and was having trouble reaching the IRS for guidance, so decided to take it to LibertyTax in Martinsburg.
I was so relieved to find Nicole (Melissa Rose) to prepare my taxes for me!
Nicole was very patient, kind, understanding, knowledgeable and efficient while working with me to get everything in order, and up-to-date!!
I have other tax matters regarding previous years that she is going to help me navigate and get some resolution about.
I highly recommend her services for anyone else that has nightmares about long tax forms with multiple challenges. I also recommend Nicole at LibertyTax to anybody that needs tax services because you can get them done more quickly and efficiently and at a fair price.
So relieved to have found someone who is not only smart and efficient, but also cares about what is in my best interest! And we all know how Rare those qualities are these days for people needing various services.

I was getting stiff five at last minute and was struggling to get the state taxes done since I had moved and was having to complete two state returns. They took me in as a walk-in and treated me like an important client. They were very knowledgeable about my situation and I was able to complete my taxes in a fraction of the time I was expecting. I will likely use them in the future because if the courtesy and professionalism shown to me.

Took our info right away. Had to wait about 30 minutes for them to enter it all. Then waited about another 30 minutes for them to review it and have us sign the paperwork. Love the liberty sign waver guy! He was very happy and pleasant!
