This is the first time I went here for an oil change. It was the best price comparing to other places I have researched and the service was very quick. The staff members were all friendly and respectful. I will definitely go back.

Drained my oil before asking which oil I want. Then told me it wasn't available. They wanted me to pay the extra for full synthetic saying they were out of synthetic blend. Never have I had an oil change business not ask me what services I want before draining the oil. It's a pretty good gimmick for them I guess but it's also illegal. Maybe their other business is asphalting peoples driveways without permission then seeking payment. This will be followed up to the Attorney Generals office in West Virginia (place of business) North Carolina (resident) and the state their are incorporated in. Another note: They claimed to have cleaned my windows........ they did the side windows but did not do the windshield.

I appreciated knowing all the pricing up front, posted right on the wall. I also was impressed with the speed of service. I could just wait right there for my car. I am now a loyal Jiffy Lube customer.

This was my first time there but it won’t be my last! Everyone was very polite and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Nice that I can do this on my lunch hour!

This location charged me double what the dealership charges for a standard oil change. I also requested a tire rotation, and with several techs in the shop that day, none were able or willing to do the service. I won't return due to outrageous pricing and techs that don't seem to care a whole lot about their jobs. The windows were not washed, nor was the interior vacuuumed at all, as is supposed to be part of their signature service.

Everytime I come to jiffy lube I'm always greeted with smiles and the workers always answer any questions I may have and help me with anything I may need. They're also fast too. I wish I could give them more than a five star

Good quick service and friendly staff. Not really worth my price to have an oil change done every time. But for those who don’t want to fool with doing it themselves, go with Jiffy

I was in and out in about 20 mins. Everyone is very friendly. Was disappointed that the coupon I found online couldn't be honored. It was not a store specific coupon....so I'm guessing no jiffy lubes will honor it! The only other thing is the paper says they top off all your fluids and vacuum. This did not happen. I was still happy with the quick oil change and will continue to come back!

Terrible business!! I went there for an oil change and afterwards my vehicle started making a clicking and knocking noise. I called and spoke with a gentleman named Evan and did record our conversation as he was aware it was being recorded and let me know “yeah we had someone come back the other day with similar issues and it seems to be happening more often lately” since then I was informed Evan lost his job! Well I hope it wasn’t for being honest because that would be unfair possibly even wrongful termination. I called corporate and was able to speak with a man named Robert, last conversation was over two days ago and he said ask my mechanic is flushing the more and another oil change and filter and lubricant may help? My mechanic said yes possibly. Robert said he would get back with me and it’s now been over 48 with no response nor an answer when i call. I lost my job I was suppose to start on Monday due to this situation. Please be vigilant before using this Compnay as they are not honest or proactive in resolving issues. DO NOT use this company if you have other options please use them.Service: Oil change
