They great at helping me was very patient and as I was waiting I seen them both help a elder lady and mother was very patient and offer things above and beyond to help them as well this my first time with US CELLULAR AND NOW IM A customer I switched from Verzion and I would 100% suggest everyone goes gets the whole staff very friendly and patient thank you guys again I’m a long term customer!!”
“Bad activation service for mobile and i tried last week of may to get it fixed and they shooed me away and told me to wait another week for it to show up in mail. right now waiting in line to see if they can fix it this time. my sim card got lost in the mail and cannot activate service. Great 4/5 star internet service their modems pair well with a UPS for great stable internet. Update: they got it fixed so i am adding another star Minus 1 stars for the bad service on mobile and making me come back twice”

“Andy is the person who helped set up my new phone and transfer all my data. And Sam helped me finish up and trade in my phone. Both were very pleasant to me and made the experience top notch. Very good customer service with great smiles. The place was also bustling with customers and they attended to everybody’s needs quickly. Will definitely return for any other assistance for sure.”
