“As someone who has had insurance with State Farm for nearly 10 years, I was almost to the point of leaving. I had opened a homeowners claim and found out the original contractor that we got was not licensed in the state of West Virginia, so I had to start over. I contacted over 27 companies with no luck. I called State Farm and spoke to Jezreel Who informed me that they did not have a list of approved contractors however, within one day, a contractor contacted me stating that Jezreel had called him and given him my information. That contractor knew about the paperwork that he needed and came to give me an estimate that day. I am now going to be able to get my home fixed because of Jezreel’s hard work. I want to also mention that this was not a requirement of his duties. He did this on his own. I am so thankful to Jezreel. It will keep me a customer of State Farm.”
