The manager was hateful. We were purchasing an item that had a bit of damage, another employee told us to ask for a discount for the damage since they didn't have any more. The appropriate thing to do would have either been to just say I'm so sorry I can't do that or give a small discount. Instead the manager chose to argue with us and told us we were already getting a good deal... Ma'am this is a discount store so yes, duh, but damage is not part of the deal. A simple no would have been fine but the attitude and disrespect was unnecessary.
The rest of the staff was lovely but the manager clearly needs to be better trained on customer service. This happened Nov 9th at 6:20pm for reference so you all can address the manager's behavior.

I’m a HomeGoods addict, but I’ll never give any location 5 stars until they stop putting price stickers ON TOP of the painting/mirror/side of the candle, etc. Their stickers never come off cleanly and I’ve had to return multiple items from sticker damage, including a mirror I wanted soooo badly. Please please please stop sticking stickers on the decorative part of the item!!! Stick it on the back or bottom!!!!!
