Dropped off on a Monday 10AM estimated time of completion was said 2pm. I showed up to find they closed shop early and didn’t let me know. ghosted for 24 hours till I showed up and Demanded them back with or without tires on. Called over 15 times. The prices aren’t worth the hassle and stress. $900 spent that’s how I’m treated. Won’t be returning ever ever

Came in and got a used $70 tire, rotated and installed. They needed to replace it fix it for free. They rounded the studs, $70 tire turn into $600 wheel hub replacement to add insult to injury the guy says he didn’t be put the wheel on that tight and that i must’ve had somebody else take the wheel off and put it back on.

Terrible!!! If i could give them 0 stars, i would! They sold a customer a dry-rotted and cracked tire AND put it on the rim BACKWARDS! The customer went back because the tire was losing air and they told her that all the used tires there are dry rotted and cracked. EXCUSE ME?! So you're going to sell someone a dangerous tire??? And put it on backwards? The manager is super rude and clearly has no interest in taking care of his customers. This customer called me crying. She has terrible anxiety and didn't know what to do. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Friendly, reasonable prices. Took in a lawn mower tire to be taken off rim and new tire on to replace.

I went to this place recently and the staff were very professional as well as knowledgeable. I was able to buy 2 like new tires for a decent price and they had me out of there fairly quick. I definitely recommend them for anyone in the area looking for same day quick service on tires for a good price!

I been in martinsburg for years and utilized their service for years. But as of today 11/13/2023 they lost all business with me and my mother. My mother had a low tire and we took It there to figure out pricing.An employee wearing an FBI hoodie, and looking like he just smoked a pipe, started to literally cursed me out, due to my mother being by the shack area where the tires and or work is done. When I tried to apologize and be polite, he became more aggressive and continued to used cursed words towards me, in a racist manner due to us being Hispanic that maybe we couldn't read the sign. We immediately got i to our vehicles and left. He cursed me and my mother out like straight dogs, don't even know how to treat people decently. Will never ever be returning. That employee is disgruntled and is ruining your business. Also the last tires have plugs in them, prices changed from calling to actually arriving at this place, and rude employees. I suggest you drug test him as well.
