Amazing shop, helped arrange tow and put a new clutch in my 01 Celica at a very reasonable price, kept me updated and was honest, inspected and patched my shift cable for free. Definitely would recommend and continue to see them over here. For such a small shop building, they got to it within a very reasonable amount of time.

Second time receiving great service from Jim. He replaced my transmission in 2023. This service he replaced my coil packs and spark plugs. Both were quick turn around and affordable pricing. I highly recommend this shop.

100% will recommend Hoffman Automotive to anyone who needs their vehicles worked on! Jim got my 2008 Explorer in right away, when everywhere else said I'd have to wait because of the holidays. Jim got it diagnosed and fixed before 3pm. No shop I've ever used has been so efficient. He always answered his phone and kept me informed throughout the whole process. Jim made sure I understood what was wrong, what needed done and how much it would cost. When I picked it up he showed me where the problems had been, how he fixed it and showed me what needs done in the future. He doesn't recommend unnecessary work just to make more money. If it needs fixed he tells you, if it's something that can wait a bit before being done he tells you that too. I've finally found a mechanic I trust after trying too many others with unsatisfactory results. I will definitely have all my vehicles serviced at Hoffman Automotive!

What I like about Hoffman Automotive is their honesty and quality of work. They always gave me the option to decide on how I wanted to proceed under the given circumstances. They asked what grade of break pads I wanted and allowed me to look and determine if I wanted new rotors. They were honest and up front from the beginning every step of the way. If it's trust and hard work you're looking for when getting your vehicle fixed in an affordable manner, these are your guys.
