Purchased a gift certificate for 180 dollars for my mother for a detail, and everytime she calls to setup an appointment, she has to leave a message. The blatantly refuse to call her back, and when I inquired about a refund, the woman on the phone said she'd return my call when the owner answered. I still have not received a call back. Either detail her car, or refund me my money. Cheap asses. Stay well away.

This place is a sham. Horrible rude staff who hangs up on you and doesn't return calls. They will sell you a gift certificate then not honor it. Stay far away!!!

I’m not sure who everybody saw at the shop to leave such horrible reviews but I’ve had different services done with them over the years and they’ve always done great work. I would advice everyone to see Rod at the shop because he’ll get it done and done right. He’s put in stereos, back up cameras and new rear view mirrors in my vehicles. Rod just put in a new rear view mirror in my 2000 Lincoln LS and it’s working perfectly. Thanks again man, I appreciate you.

I needed a new radio installed in my Jeep. Rod installed it and then when there was an issue NOT related to his install he worked with me and a Pioneer expert to resolve the issue. Outstanding job at a reasonable price.

Reposting my review because it disappeared. Don't pay up front. Paid for a $1,000 radio just to have him call and tell me he didn't have it in stock. I told him to give me the closest match in price and refund me the rest. He put in a 200$ jvc and a backup camera I didn't ask for by tearing a hole into my trunk. The backup camera worked 1 time for 2 seconds. Never got any of the money back, I really hate to think he might be conning other nice people. Only reason I didn't sue him is because I traded the car in so I wouldn't have to deal with the hole in my trunk.

Do not take your car to this place.The staff comes off professional however, very misleading. I was told my detailing would be completed at one time only to have to come the next day because the job wasn’t finished. This inconvenienced me. I didn’t receive any sort of compensation for the inconvenience. The quality of work didn’t justify the price or inconvenience. Will not return or recommend.Service: Auto detailing

They thought I cancelled my appointment when I showed up. I don't think the person their thought they were supposed to clean. I had this stain on my driver's seat that she attempted to get out. It tagged there. She did not give up, she got it out after one more try. Barely even noticable now.

As a member of The Chamber of Commerce both in Wv and Va, a business owner, and a public servant for over 5 years, it’s safe to say I know a good business. I WILL NOT recommend this business to anyone. I was quoted $550 to have (4) JL audio 6x9 speakers installed. Two of the speakers were supposed to have custom speaker kick plates and color matched with my vehicle’s interior, making the $550 quote reasonable to me. In the end I received (2) Pioneer speakers model# Ts1620f-2 and (1) Kenwood speaker model# kfc-415C that was stuffed under my dash behind a bundle of wires that move around every time I turn my vehicle. I paid my balance in full upfront before having any work done. After speaking to the owner, Roderick, he did express that he wanted to make things right and asked that I bring the car back a different day so he could fix the issue. He also offered me $100 credit on my $550 I had paid. I told him that I wouldn’t be bringing the car back and if he returned $100 back to me and provided me with the (4) JL audio speakers I originally paid for, I would be ok with that and move on. I never got the $100 and I never got the speakers, which were suppose to come today 04-13-2021. As I have and will continue to support the community this is one business I WILL NOT SUPPORT again, nor recommend to anyone I associate with. If the owner corrects the issue I will consider changing my rating from one star.
