My appointment was at 1:10 ,I had to wait for 40 minutes while the girls were just talking in the back. Now I have to wait until tomorrow for a simple boys haircut.

Do not recommend getting your eyebrows done here I got mine done and the lady took literally like my whole brow off and they are so uneven. First picture is my normal brow second picture is what she left me with. When I talked to her she said I don’t even think they look that bad. Save yourself the hassle and just don’t go here!

My stylist was absolutely lovely. However, She had no idea how to do the haircut I asked for. She asked another stylist and then a different stylist had to finish my haircut. It's still not the way I wanted it, But I didn't want to cut it any shorter. When I got home one side was an inch longer than the other. Again she was very sweet but I won't be going back. A senior stylist should know how to do an inverted bob. Fairly common haircut. Again my stylist was lovely. Wonderful personality and wonderful conversation. I just feel she might need a little more training.

I went in today to get a quick shampoo and cut. I had a coupon for a free shampoo cut and blow dry. When I showed the lady the coupon first she stated I could only use it on weekdays (didn’t say that anywhere on the card) then she told me she didn’t know if they could even take it because there was a different owner even tho there wasn’t an expiration date. She also answered phone calls and had me wait while she helped other people. She said she would talk to her manager 2 hours later and call me to see if I can even use the coupon. She didn’t even offer a cut if I didn’t want to use the coupon (there was one other person in there) I left, threw the coupon away and went to great clips for a great haircut that literally only took 10 mins. Don’t waste your time just go to great clips where there is no drama and they don’t charge for “long hair” cuts
