I purchased a gaming chair for my child at the Martinsburg WV location. My salesman Justin was pleasant and very helpful. The chair had to be shipped from the warehouse and I called back within a few days to ascertain the status of the shipment to the local store. I want to highlight the kind lady who helped me. Her name was Kim and she went above and beyond to locate my chair and let me know it was available for pickup. She was exceedingly pleasant and cheerful and my interaction with her was exceptional. Very impressed with her customer service and kind demeanor. She is a great asset to that store and your company. All of the office staff we spoke with was equally as pleasant and helpful. Overall very pleased with my experience.

Our salesperson Tim Price was very congenial and helpful during the entire sales process. I very much appreciated the lack of pressure along with the willingness to assist us in meeting our new furniture needs. The Martinsburg store had a nice selection to choose from and we decided to support our local business verses dealing with the big box stores.
