“This Rock's location is great! They have everything...gas, convenience store and s Subway. The employees are always friendly and try to get to know frequenters. Their restrooms have always been very clean when I have entered them. This location is convenient for me but sometimes I go put of my way to use this store even though I passed many other places. The prices are fair as well. I would give it 5 stars but this b is Martinsburg.”

“Plenty of pumps outside. Clean inside with lots of snacks, an entire room dedicated to beer if that's your thing, and refrigerated items such as milks and eggs. Bathrooms were fine as well. Five stars”

“I personally enjoy going to the Valero gas stations around here. They are locally owned and tend to have more choices when it comes to certain things such as THC hitters . I think it is absolutely awesome that you can go to a gas station and pretty much get ATHC vape that is legal”
“Came here for a milkshake one time not long after the remodel, good as always. However, location still does not have the one way in ramp available yet, which increases traffic/congestion. They need to do better with some of these remodels in regards to traffic and congestion.”

“We have been using this gas station for the past year and have never encountered any issues. The customer service here is excellent; however, sometimes early in the morning when the facility is closed, the pumps do not work, which prevented us from being able to pump gas a couple of times.”

“This is a gas station, but it is brand new and they have awesome hot and cold food, a beer cave, and groceries! Clean restrooms and a discount club for cheaper gas. You cannot loose stopping off hear for whatever your need is.”

“I went here after my car broke down because it was the closest gas station. When arriving to the store I wasn’t in the best mood. Usually the employees at this store don’t smile or greet you. So I went up to the cashier she greeted me with the most warming smile her name was “Keonna” she was so sweet and completely made my day. This store needs more employees with her enthusiasm and drive. With more people like Keonna I have high hopes for your store.”

“Good Lord have mercy is all I can say you know I was against rocs fried chicken after a horrible experience at the Kelly Island location but the amount of patience and amazing customer service at this store changed my overall view. I was able to get fresh fried chicken and the woman at the counter was very kind as well ten stars if I could just because of the overall kindness in that place made me want to come back again.”

“After moving to Martinsburg from Ashburn Virginia I was looking for a grocery store that was similar to the Giant grocery store that I was use to. One stop for everything. After shopping the discount grocery store a few times and never finding everything I decided to try Martin's. That was 5 years ago and I've never been disappointed. I shop at least 2 times a week. Not only does Martin's have a great inventory of groceries they also carry a large selection of pet supplies cosmetics and much more including a pharmacy and gasoline that I always save money on by using my Martin's card. Sunday I got gasoline for 2.59 a gallon. Needless to say I always get my gas there too. Just a great place to get everything we need. Don't forget their bakery yummy.”
