2 packages scheduled for delivery all day today. Not delivered, no update, out of country representative told me vehicle broke down at 7pm. Told me I will get them tomorrow. I asked what the purpose of online tracking if you have outdated information and don't notify customers. She said sorry we have a lot of packages. Lol maybe we need to make them less busy.

Have had a package for a week now and haven’t attempted to deliver because of the weather. The first two days I get but since then Amazon, the post office and UPS have all delivered packages to my house so there is no excuse especially since they have not made an attempt to deliver. FedEx is the worst delivery service.

FedEx has a problem with leaving packages inside an apartment building. They will leave your package outside where you get buzzed in in the foyer. Never use FedEx for deliveries if you have the option.

Good place to deliver you park there while they unload you if you have a refer load it might take a while but they fast and the yard Dockys are cool as can be very helpfull

I can't believe this. Don't ever let you bank ship anything with FedEx. This is a okay with FedEx on windy days to leave items without knocking. I want to leave zero stars and the delivery person doesn't care about customers or their job. Disgusting.

Still waiting with a pending delivery for a package shipped on March 15th. Pretty sure this is the 3rd time this location has lost a package of mine. Tracking number states my package arrived here 10 days ago and no movement since.

If there were an option to give this place zero stars, that's exactly what I would have done. I ordered express shipping for a package (1-2) day shipping, and it has been ten days. My delivery date keeps getting moved back and forth, my package moved between states, and my patience is being tested. I will not be going through FewEx ever again.

Even after complaints to corporate about their drivers throwing packages over gate rather than just walk it to the porch, these drivers still act as though they are trying for the shotput team. Today I have a package with a half inch wide cut that penetrated the outside packaging.
