You can bet the farm that if you receive a message your package is on the truck it will be delivered TODAY it wont be!! Customer service will put you through the loop over the phone and leave you frustrated. 13 years of dealing with this incompetence. every other carrier delivers on time or earlier then stated.

My package has been sitting at this facility in Martinsburg, WV and I was told it is due to storms across the country when I contacted FedEx. But when I read other reviews, it seems it must be storming all the time with this facility as every review is basically a comment on how slow they are at this facility!

My package that was supposed to be delivered July 26 has been sitting in this location for, going on three days. This is embarrassing that a company like FedEx has a facility as slow as this. Hopefully my package goes out for delivery sometime soon. Furthermore, this facility is 1,104 miles away from me.

This company is the worst. I’ve been waiting on a package for 2 weeks and all FedEx seems to be capable of doing is shuttling it back and forth between Martinsburg, WV and Hagerstown, MD for the past week. And their customer service is anything but.
