Went to make copies an the self serve only printed out 3 out of 11 ? But the lady working offered to make my copies for me so nice a sweet lady . She does her job with Pleasure an happy to help people need to keep her an give her a raise.

They changed the name & address of my package to somewhere else but tracking shows it was delivered to my address but never was !

I ordered a package coming from Florida to North Carolina. It is still in Martinburge, West Virginia. I want to know why it hasn't moved since 6:29am on January 21,2022. It was supposed to be here on the 18th. Where is it and why did it go from Florida to Pennsylvania to Martianburge, West Virginia. When it should have gone to Charlotte, NC. I can't even get a real person on the phone. Fedex is supposed to be good but not in this case. I want my package!!!!!
