Very friendly and helpful. After being slammed off 81 right during the holidays, these guys made it so easy and simple and handled everything with the insurance. All I had to do was come pick up a rental. The gentleman that gave me my rental was nice enough to show me a few things on the car to help me out before I left and the one who took the car back was just as helpful fast and efficient. 2nd time dealing with the location and it is easy everytime. Thanks guys!!

Excellent customer service. Called me to confirm my reservation the day before. Also called me the day after to confirm the car was inspected and I would be receiving the full deposit back. I was in and out of their office in less than 10 minutes with the car and dropped the keys after hours. Great experience.

Staff were friendly, but the vehicle was extremely dirty on the outside and the windshield were also very dirty. Headlights didn’t appear to be very bright at night. Additionally, the charges on my credit card were not clear as I was charged for my rental plus deposit, that was fine but seeing different charges in closing out my rental even trigger my credit card to ask if I was victim of fraud.

I have been a repeat customer with Enterprise for over 10 years. I reserved a vehicle for the weekend and upon arrival was told only a credit card could be used. Unfortunately, I prefer to pay with my bank card or cash which is immediate withdrawal from my account. As a owner of 3 businesses, I understand how payments are made and managed with accounts. Unfortunately I like to support local businesses, but I will be using another rental company for any future needs.

I didn't really care for the way I was being charged on my account on a daily basis. The Enterprise in Turtle Creek PA, would have you make your initial payment then no charges were applied until you turned the vehicle in when you were done. That was easier on your account. I'll try not to have to use this Enterprise, again.
