Wish I could give 0 stars. Worst pharmacy ever. Rude every single time I call and I get different answers every time I call. They said they don't have any type (generic, brand name, or chewable) she "checked" and put me on hold for 5 seconds and then said nope don't have it. My doctor called and they filled the same day after they called. Don’t go here if you want your meds or to be treated with respect. Checkout people are fine it’s really just the pharmacists it seems.

Came to CVS to put my money through Gateswipe, which I had done the night before but my Navy Federal card limit to take out money in the ATM is 1000 so I was coming back with only $230 more Joshua (Manager) was the only one there at the time. He said kept on insisting that I put down a phone number (I don't have a active phone at the moment) I told him I was okay with not putting my phone number down because I didn't wanna have to explain to him that I do not have a active phone with people behind me. He was so persistent on embarrassing me. He said that "There's no way now days people just don't have a phone number." he was helping me at the checkout when he went around the counter, ended up, helping another gentleman next to me, and then proceeded to tell me to give him the scan code, and he took it to the self check out and said they do it there, but you can only do 200 which was a problem because I needed to do 230. He was the climbing to help me. I end up, leaving called corporate explain the whole ordeal. Yes, I knI went to Walgreens to pay my rent using my Gates swipe, but their system was down. The customer service representative told me that someone else could help me, so I went back in. However, the person who was supposed to help me accused me of prank calling and refused to assist me. He helped everyone else in front of me and even those who were behind me. Despite my efforts to get a DC phone number and download Google phones to help him out, he still declined to help me. Another gentleman who was working with him eventually helped me, but Joshua (the first guy) continued to make rude comments about me and threatened to get me banned from the CVS. I felt belittled and disrespected, so I called corporate to report what happened. I won't be going back to CVS, but I hope Joshua realizes that some people prioritize paying rent over their phone bills, so their phone may not always be active or working.

I had been waiting in line at the pharmacy for over 10 minutes when they decided to close for lunch without waiting on the people that had been waiting in line. After I pick up these RX, I will never use this pharmacy again. That was completely unprofessional, unacceptable, & asinine to treat customers that way.

I get the majority of my prescriptions filled here. I am a card carrying member - $5 gets me a $10 credit a month to spend as I please - and free home delivery - including prescriptions. Much better than the competition across the street.

Hands down best pharmacy in the area I don’t care what anyone says. Even the a$$ hat below who sounds like he doesn’t understand if the dr messes up writing the script (which happens more frequently than people think) that no one can fix it but the doc, but sure slander the person who’s helped my family with our meds on multiple occasions and has the best crew I have seen at this locations in YEARS. Get the f outta here with your crybaby review.

I am having a hard time with my pharmacy supporting my mental health. The pharmacist Somtochukwu Orakwue at store 1429 stated that my prescription required a brand name medication. I told him I had been given this medicine many times and that my prescriber originally sent in a script for a smaller dose of the same medication and the pharmacy was out of it. The prescriber then sent in a script for the same medication at a higher dose. The pharmacist then told me I was wrong and that he would give me the written script when I came in to the pharmacy. I asked him to print it off and put it in with my other prescription I was picking up to avoid waiting when I came in. He said that he would not do it. I had to wait for him to print it off while I was in the store.I asked him why he would do this and he disconnected.Funny this same person has received an award for customer service and going above and beyond for clients.That is not my experience with him at all.

They really need to keep up with their sale tags. I bought $15 worth of Crest toothpaste products, and that was supposed to give me a $5 coupon for my next purchase, but no coupon was printed. After double checking, the tag was in date, and the purchase information matched exactly what I purchased. So I promptly requested a refund. This has happened before, so be mindful of your receipt and for those extra care perk promos.

Wonder how you expect me to administer my meds when you don't even given me the correct amount of needles? 23 gauge 4 for 10 and had to go back 3 calls and 2 drive thru to get 18 gauge needles. What a mess yall! This happens all the time. The staff was nice bit lied to me twice on phone. Finally spoke with Pharmacist and half the problem.corrected
