From the time I spoke with Mike, the service manager, until I drove back home I felt that I was the most important customer at the time. Mike listened to my concerns about my car and offered his thoughts. Scheduled me to come in the next day and leave it until they could get it in to see what was going on. Problem is I have no way to get back home. They offered to take me home and bring me back when work was completed. Mike at front desk was very courteous when he drove me home.
I was told what the findings were, what had to be done and when it would be ready. I have been in WV for going on 3 years and I only take my car to Country Roads. When you find someone you trust, you stick with them.
I appreciate you guys so much!
