Unfortunately, we had to take our vehicle to a different shop after 2 months of going between the insurance company and the shop. We were told by insurance/Bucky's they would call when parts were in to schedule the repair. After waiting multiple weeks, we called Bucky's who told us insurance put a hold on our claim. This was not true, nor their first lie in the situation. They were not friendly to me (a woman) and suggested speaking with my husband instead. They did not answer emails.

These guys are great! Helped me through the entire process and with the insurance company as we had to wait on parts. John and Dale got us in for glass repair and back on the road in 2 days with our Suburban and once the parts came in they helped me get the rental back and took care of everything for us with insurance.

An amazing experience. Exceeded my expectations. Workmanship and details are exceptional. Definitely an above average, top notch operation. I have had 3 vehicles in for repair, and instead of repairing, they were restored to new condition. Great work!
