So I switched my service from Xfinity to boost which should have meant I got a new phone only to find out that my apple warranty was expired over 2 years ago. Apple is telling me it’s a used phone and now only two months into having my phone I have to use insurance and pay a co-pay for a new phone if they can’t fix it. So here’s to the 400 I spent at the store buying used (new) phones and the hundred or more I now have to spend to have it fixed.

Came in last night to switch plans and got scammed. She charged us $60 for an activation fee when it should’ve been no more than 20/$30.

This store has no clue what they are doing.. my husband bought a iPhone 11 from them and they put in the wrong SIM card which froze my husband account and they refused to fix just kept saying gotta wait it out that they will get it fixed. We ended up going to a different boost mobile store and they had his phone fixed in 20 minutes
