Customer services just really gone down. And I really think it's not good that they act like there's no return policy unless you pay for their yearly subscription to have a return policy. I only shop here when it's something that I can only get here or I know the price is the best. Why would I want to pay extra to be able to price match after the fact. As most informed consumers if you go shopping at a place for the best price you already know you have that price. Why would I pay $50 just in case. I did my job beforehand that's why I bought it from you.

When you need appliance and don't have credit go to this place under affordable purchase everything 90 days you can have your appliance. They deliver it to your house for in a little bit of money so I recommend them 100% times 100% I mean you walking to the store. Look at The appliance you could get half off the price ❤️❤️❤️❤️???

I was continuing my holiday shopping at this location. With my recent visit to the one in Arlington I knew they were having a decent sale. Coming in here I already knew what I was going to grab, I just needed to get the layout of the store to get me to where I needed to go. Once I got my bearings I was on my way to saving me some cash. The only problem I had here was finding a free associate to open a case for me. It took me a while to track someone in the blue shirt down. When I finally did find someone, I had to wait a bit more. They were busy in here that day and I didn't mind the wait since I already knew what to get. After about ten minutes, I made my way to remind them that I was waiting. They came to the case, opened it up and we headed to a register to check out. Even though there were busy, the associate was pleasant and chit chatted with me while making my purchase.

I went in today looking for a specific cord. I made it almost the whole way around the store (passing many employees) before someone said anything to me… not even a hello.. finally I went past a woman (can’t remember her name) but very nice and instantly said hello and asked if I needed some help which I did. Unfortunately what I was looking for was not in store but that’s okay. I worked at Best Buy when I was young, actually it was my favorite job and greeting our customers was number 1, hopefully they fix that. Otherwise the store was very clean, organized and the lady that helped me was wonderful.

The worst best buy I've been to, had to many negative experiences to list, better off to drive to Hagerstown or Winchester.

Ordered my laptop here and picked it up in Winchester, it's perfect! The staff, Wyatt, was PHENOMENAL. Would highly recommend.

Nice place, Today I only went to pick up an online purchase and when I did so the girl who helped me was very friendly and definitely attentive to my requirements, Patty on this occasion made my visit excellent... the last time I went it was an exceptional service but I did not take note of the person's name on that occasion but he was very attentive

Have been running around looking for a laptop for days. Best buy had a very nice selection and there was hardly anyone in the store. Great price as well

Went in looking for smoke detector batteries, and that's all. The front desk employee happily pointed me to where the batteries were and was very nice. However, when going to checkout at the customer service desk at the only open checkout, a different employee there was having a social conversation with a customer that had already concluded their business. I patiently waited 7 minutes for their conversation to end before I was acknowledged and got to check out. It is not very convenient when in a bit of a rush I have to wait on socializing.

They erased my phone of pictures and contacts. Blamed me like I’m to old to understand how cell phones work. Like i didn’t own the first smartphone. Instead of returning my money for transferring items that didn’t happen they blameMe I ask for my money back for my phone and they charge me a restock fee. So I’m out 1000s of pictures and money. Best Buy? Horrible customer service.

Very helpful but I took a star away bc when we went 2 check out & we were told 2 go 2 the customer service desk, which I find very strange. They have ppl walking around asking every time u turn around if u need help but don't have a cashier. Come on!
