I had broken glass in a modern vinyl window. I brought the window to Berkeley Glass, they measured it for replacement glass and ordered it. Today I brought the window back and they installed the new low-e double pane glass. I could not be more pleased with their professionalism.

We stopped by to get 2 pieces of glass for our china cabinet shelves. The lady who helped us was very friendly and helpful. They cut the glass while we waited and we were on our way within minutes. I highly recommend them.

We experienced an urgent situation requiring immediate glass replacement. Upon contacting Berkeley Glass, they responded promptly and provided excellent service. Their team was not only very friendly and helpful but also took the time to explain the various types of glass available. They recommended an alternative that better suited our needs, which differed from the originally installed glass. They professionally took measurements and returned to their facility to cut the glass to precise specifications. Within just a few hours, they had replaced the glass, demonstrating efficiency and expertise. I would use their services again in a heartbeat.

I can't rave enough about my experience with Berkeley Glass. They made it easier than I could have imagined having two windows replaced in my home and really went out of their way for me to make sure I wouldn't be troubled with them in the future and that I wasn't given an enormous bill. They are the best and I will be going to them in the future.

If I could give 10 stars I would. Paula, Dustin & Josh were so wonderful to work with and their work was great! Instead of replacing a whole bay window on my house, they were able to change out the pains and saved me thousands of dollars. The old panes had become so foggy that I couldn't see out of them. Only took Dustin & Josh about an hour to replace 4 window panes in the front bay window and a pain from a house window. I didn't even know you could do that! Thank you so much for all your help!!

Rude and unprofessional. The installers care NOTHING for your establishment. They come in to replace whatever and do just that. If there is heavy dust from cutting into cyder blocks or cutting into sheetrock they do not care. That dangerous dust can get into equipment and products and destroy it all. They will not take the time to do any prep work. My painters are 100x more professional then these ppl . They are least hung a barrier, 10 min prep to insure my establishment was not harmed.
Oh and make sure to repeatedly thank everyone you talk to. They really feel there services is so special and you BETTER BE THANKFUL. If your not grateful they will take there business elsewhere. Let them!!! No company should make you feel like they are more important than the job YOU ARE PAYING THEM FOR.

I am thrilled with the work performed. Everyone at Berkeley Glass has been pleasant and professional. They were able to repair a sunroom that other glass companies refused to even come look at. I will definitely be using Berkeley Glass for my future glass needs and highly recommend them to anyone who needs any kind of glass work performed.
