I enjoy coming here because it is always clean, products are placed neatly and it never looks like a mess. The employees have always been super kind and helpful, easily some of the best retail workers I’ve ever met.

I like to shop online and then pick it up in the store, I would be in there forever if I shopped in store! The pick up process is very organized and quick which I appreciate!

Earlier today I went inside of the bath and body works in Martinsburg. Allysa or Allison right inside of bath and body works greeted me and asked me if I needed help. I said I’m only getting hand sanitizer. When I left I said thank you for your great customer service and this is an outstanding customer service post just for her.
