“Been with them thru thick and thin, many name changes, but the people make this place for me. They have always went above and beyond to take care of me and any issues I've ever had have been resolved quick. Foxcroft is my main branch but Edwin Miller Blvd team is also great and always ready to help!!!”

“Kelly has been so hopeful and solved many of the problems. Thank you.Customer service is horrible. They closed my account without even notifying me even though it was actively being used. Got the account reopened supposedly, had to call multiple times. Everytime I called they never tried to hear what I was saying and would start talking before I was finished saying let me get you this person or that person. Account was finally reopened and got my check deposited. Perfect or so I thought ? go to use my card, it doesn't work. Drive to the ATM did a balance inquiry, it knows my account number but the card is invalid. Explanation please! Needless to say. I'll be closing the account after bills are finalized. In the beginning it was a great bank but I highly recommend you find another big with better communication.”

“I Was in the Martinsburg office this past week to set up an account and apply for a credit card to build my credit. I had soo many questions and the amazing service from the young lady named Catherine was wonderful. She was very patient with me and gave me all the answers I asked and if she didn’t know the answer she called to get the answer while I was there. I left there feeling secure and happy with all the help I received. I will highly recommend this to anyone that doesn’t understand or is wanting a great bank to work with especially with ms. Catherine.”

“I had a good and positive experience on 3/19/2024 with staff members whose initials are T.K. and the branch manager Ms. R. I had an issue that they both resolved with me due to an error that occurred from an outside vendor. They both were able to help me get this issue resolved in a timely manner before the end of the day and because of that, I am grateful and am glad to be banking with this company. Also, anytime I have an issue, they handle it promptly and in a professional manner.”

“Great branch with great people! To all the other reviewers that claim BB&T/ Truist has "hidden fees"- no, they don't. All the monthly maintenance fees are explained when you open the account, and you're also given a fee- schedule with explanations of how you can avoid the fees. Another reviewer said that they should call you if you stop having a direct deposit so you know you'll get a fee... how do you think that's possible? Do you think they just KNOW when a client stops having a direct deposit and can call you? That's impossible. Truist has millions of clients, and they don't constantly monitor everyone's accounts. That is YOUR responsibility and not a reasonable thing to ask. This branch has a great branch leader and staff that are always super helpful and friendly!”

“I would prefer online systems way better then in person. That way I don't need to be in the queue for wait .so I can do it from my phone or PC.By far banking and bankers this branch is average. So too be honest online banking is way better.”
