This has to be the best Autozone i’ve been too. The manager Troy and Rob as well were super helpful. They basically did the job of a mechanic and sales person all in one, helping me remove my alternator and put in a new one on top of rerouting the serpentine belt. Big props to them, they did more than any autozone employees i’ve ever seen or spoken to????

Absolutely disappointed. I bought a can of ac recharge for my car and it completely didn't work. When I tried to return it the man working the register said I couldn't return it because I used it. When I told him it didn't work he told ne there was probably a problem with my compressor. Theres no problem with my compressor. Now I'm out $32. Bottom line I spent my hard earned money at this store and the bootleg product they're selling didn't work and I should've got my refund. In addition the guy was rude to me. I'll take my buisness elsewhere next time.

Visited the store today on New York Ave. and was assisted by Robert C. I usually find all the sales associates helpful however, Robert went above and beyond my expectations to the point where it reminded me of a time when patronage was truly valued. Thank you for such a great in-store experience Robert.

I stopped in today to purchase a back up light replacement bulb. They came in a pack of 2. Not very expensive. When I asked if anyone could help me replace my burned out bulb, the salesman came out to my car and changed it without hesitation. I have always had good service at this location, and today was no different.

We rented a special tool kit, and received a full refund of the tool rental fee when it was returned. (Refund was processed with understanding it takes a few days to hit our account).
The GM is super awesome!!

I came to the store today looking for bulbs for my high stop break lights. Troy came to my assistance and helped me find the right product needed and made sure they worked before I left. He's my angel for today. I'm happy to come back for other products knowing this store has employees like Troy!
