CMA’S Toyota of Martinsburg, WV had the exact truck we were looking for. We purchased a Toyota Tundra 4x4 1794 Edition, Crewmax in Smoked Mesquite. When sunlight hits the paint it sparkles. The staff at the dealership made our purchase very easy and very relaxed. Our salesman was Rudy who was totally awesome. He is pictured standing by our new truck. We really recommend asking for him. He was very knowledgeable and was patient with us, explained everything so well and even mentioned things we had not thought of. He drove us home so we could bring 1 of 2 older vehicles back we were trading. There was no pressure only a desire to see us with the vehicle that was the right fit for us.Jonathan, sales manager worked with us to give us a fair price for our trades and the price on the truck. Again no pressure and very nice.We again had no pressure from Garland, finance manager who explained about extended warranties and other options available prior to finalizing the sale. He also was extremely knowledgeable, very nice and again patient in answering questions.The one word that was mentioned a lot by Rudy, Jonathan and Garland was they wanted to be completely “transparent” and they were - 100%.

Today we bought our fourth vehicle from this dealership. We are so happy with the service that we receive each and every time. With buying any car there is always a bit of a wait while things get done but it was a comfortable day. They have great coffee too! We got a fair deal with no high pressure from anyone there. Our new car is amazing and we couldn't be happier.

From start to finish was awesome. Jeremy Jenkins was great and made the whole process so easy. I have purchased many cars in my lifetime but this has been the best experience I have ever had, no sales games or tricks, and no pressure in being things I didn’t want. Keith the finance guy was awesome , he made everything simple and transparent no games. Best of all this place is one of the few that isn’t up charging on the vehicles. Whenever I need another car Jeremy Jenkins and CMA will be my 1st call.

Buying from Jory Smith at CMA Toyota was an absolute pleasure. I appreciated that they didn't try to pressure me into a purchase. I bought a very nice used car for a very fair price, and their processing fees are lower than a lot of other dealers I looked at. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and positive. I would definitely recommend CMA Toyota and Jory in particular.

There was full transparency throughout the process and Donovan was able to help get my family into a safe, certified vehicle at our price point. Stepping into the facility was a breath of fresh air and not the typical pushy, bombardment-at-arrival atmosphere you get at most dealerships. Everyone was respectful of our time and what we were looking for. Nikki also made the finance aspect smooth and laid out all the best options clearly.

Cameron, my salesman was absolutely amazing! Very patient, listened, answered my numerous questions and very thorough. Not pushy and went with my lead. I really enjoyed my car buying experience, he made it so easy. Hooked me up with Jeremy who got me an amazing deal with full coverage insurance. Jeremy was so nice with a great sense of humor. Cameron and Jeremy both were top notch and made sure I was taken care of. I love my 2023 RAV4!

I walked in on Saturday looking for a specific type of car, and a couple of hours later I left with almost exactly what I was looking for. Service was good, selection was very good, and they were willing to work with me on price and features. Paperwork was handled quickly with lower cost than most dealerships, they were informative, while providing me full disclosure on everything, and we worked out a good way to get the money transferred to meet their needs as well. Overall, it was a good experience, and the day turned out much better than I thought it would. I would definitely recommend.

Recently had our Rav4 in for a state inspection. They found the struts were leaking (although we could not find any signs of leaking, fine since it is an older vehicle). Also "found" the wipers needed replaced - said they were torn ($60+). We replaced them and scrutinized the old ones - Nothing wrong with them - No tears/nicks. We had another garage (bordering state) replace the struts for $150 less. Took it back for re-inspection and the "found" the licence plate light was burned out - $30 to replace - said it was missed in the original inspection. They were definitely determined to add on overpriced minor "repairs." Definitely do not trust them.

We worked with Garland and purchased our car by phone. It was remarkably easy and overall my wife and I felt it was a pleasurable experience. Options were described clearly and reasonably. At no point did we feel pressured to take accessories. It was the easiest and most relaxed car purchasing experience I have encountered. I would highly recommend purchasing through Martinsberg Toyota.

Breanna was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I test drove many vehicles to find the right fit. Once I knew which car I wanted and the trim and color, she searched and found it keeping me informed the whole time. The purchasing process was quick once I went to the finance office.

I worked with Jonathan and Donovan on purchasing a 2023 Toyota Tundra SR5. They couldn’t have been better to work with! They were able to answer all of my questions and weren’t at all pushy, unlike what I experienced at other dealerships prior to going to CMA. You can feel confident that you will get a good vehicle for a fair price along with great value for your trade in. 10/10 would buy again.

These folks were amazingly easy to work with. I sold my used car to them this week and it was hassle free. Lisa Browne was the representative I worked with and she was fantastic. I posted my add for the car, they made a soft offer, came and looked at the car at my house, and made the offer official. They came back with a check and boom, my car was sold. Easy as it gets! Great fan of the sales side, not of the shop/garage. I stood outside my vehicle for a 10K service for 10 minutes waiting for someone to gather my vehicle information and take the keys. I have never experienced that kind of wait to be admitted at any dealership, probably because I have been a Honda owner for years and they know how to engage their customers immediately and professionally. While waiting for my vehicle to be brought back to me post service, I took a picture of the labor rates. Immediately I was asked if there is something I could be helped with. It's like I took a picture of secret documents and they had something to hide (black bearded guy). As I went to get into my car there were two service agents looking at me, it was bizarre and eerie, just didn't understand taking a picture of labor rates was an issue??!! Went into my car after a guy drove up and told me I was good to go...there was a plastic liner from the shop left on the drivers seat, napkins on my passenger floor and what appeared to be a plastic foot liner under the napkins. No love here for the shop, they need to get their act together. I will be doing service somewhere else from now on. My apologies to the sales team, but 1* to get your managements attention on the need to create a better customer service experience.
