I dropped off my vehicle around 5:30 am to get fixed. And when I got up from sleeping I called in to see if it was done. About 30 min. Later I got a phone call from CMA and it was done. I had to wait until my daughter got home. But when down to get it. And the service person was polite. I didn't have it for a month and some thing went wrong with it. They fixed it and I was happy to get it back.Service: Exhaust

Sales person as OK the sales manager was better. I was approved through GM financial, and they ran my credit that didn't need to be run. Sale person ran through and set up our car in demo mode and nothing was saved

If I could give zero stars, I would. First they overcharged to replace the battery, even though we tried to tell them that the battery was dead due to something else. They didn't check anything else. Then of course, the continuing issue killed the new battery. The fan keeps running after the motor is turned off. It runs until it kills the battery. We told them this multiple times. So we make an appointment on Friday for the next Monday to bring it back. At 7am. We received a text confirmation and everything. Late afternoon on Monday, after them having it all day, we call to check on it. They said, 'We have you scheduled for an appointment this Saturday.' 5 days later. We were shocked and confused. Apparently the ONE guy at the ENTIRE Chevy dealership that could work on this Chevy vehicle had called out sick for the day. So we leave the vehicle there. And they did not offer a loaner vehicle. They did look at it the next day. Called to say it was ready. We asked what they checked. They just drove it around and said it was running fine. They STILL have not checked to see WHY the fan is not shutting off. So tomorrow when we wake up again to a dead battery from the fan not shutting off, we will look for somewhere else to take it where they will actually look for the issue.

Had car towed to shop and took them a week to figure out the issue. Let alone they didn’t even call to provide and update. We were the ones calling for updates and to leave a damn message! I have bought many cars here when it was apple valley. Since this new owner took over it is horrible! And to top it off our car was driven home by the service technician without approval!! Very unreliable!!Services: Electrical

The service department has many rude and uncaring people. It is virtually impossible to get a response when you call. A guy named Brian is especially rude! Noone seems to know anything about your vehicle, when you inquire about the status of your appointment, or when it will be completed! Buck passing is a high priority! I could go on about my dissatisfaction with CMA's service department, but I won't, it was a bad experience, one which I don't plan on going through in the future!

They were very helpful with the buying process. They were down to earth. They were funny. Would definitely buy a car from here again! Well, I had help buying my first car but I would continue to buy cars from this place when I do inevitably need to buy a new car.

Great service, I went for oil change and installation of a new tire and everything was done fast, and while I waited I drank a capuchino from the machine at the waiting Area.So far the best service in Martinsburg WV .Thank you Nathan , great attitude and friendly service.

My car was in and out super fast, everyone was very friendly. My only concern is that the service team that did my inspection broke my Hawaiian hula dancer on top of my dash. As I was picking up my car, the guy getting the plastic off the seat and the paper from the floor board handed me a piece of metal and said “I don’t know what this is but it’s on your floorboard.” I just replied “I don’t know either but thanks I guess I’ll find out,” knowing I keep my car tidy. It took once glance at my new inspection sticker to see that piece was broken off a sentimental souvenir that I’ve had for two years. It is the sensor that makes it move in the sun. Very disappointed by this, as every other aspect of my visit was fantastic.

I will be going else where for anything else.

Kept me waiting 2 hours, 15 minutes for tire rotation & oil change.I guess they forgot about me. Would not have so upset if I had gotten a sincere apology & explanation. A casual “I’m sorry” didn’t cut it. I felt as though they wanted me to just go away now. Have done business there for years & have always been treated with politeness & respect except for yesterday.Services: Tire rotations

On the way to get a recall on my wipers fixed along with an oil leak checked my Chevy stopped running.I had it towed to to CMA for a diagnostic. My 2014 Chevy was deemed a loss at this facility. My representative and mechanic told me my timing failed and seized my engine and that my engine was locked and they quoted me nine grand! Even mentioned my cars worth at a couple hundred dollars, mind you I still owe $4,500 on my car loan. Devastated I had a second diagnostic done elsewhere come to find out I had to replace the serpentine belt and the crank shaft seal. My car is fully functioning. I felt I was taking advantage of and given incorrect information from my diagnostic at CMAService: Auto windshield repair

It took my car to get the wheels changed for another set of wheels I had. After arriving for my appointment the service tech advised me that I needed a state inspection and I agreed to get it done. I initially scheduled a 9am appointment. After about an hour and a half and watching two waiting areas full of people get their car serviced and leave, I asked why it was taking so long to change four wheels and inspect a car with eight thousand miles on it? The service tech replied that four shop employees did not show up to work and my car got lost in the shuffle. I then overheard two managers talking about how the employees that did not show up to work were out late drinking and did not show up to work today. Two and a half hours later they finished my car, I paid for it, I then went to talk to the service manager. The service manager said that two and a half hours to change four wheels seemed “a little long,” but seemed more interested in defending the painfully slow service. Additionally, he made no attempt to compensate me for their slow service and my time.If you take your car to CMA Chevrolet for service, don’t think that they are going to get it done in a timely manner.Service: Auto tire replacement
