“Good Afternoon,I recently moved from the Evergreen Apartment (169 Forevergreen Dr), and it was the best experience. Super quite neighborhood, eatery within walking distance and extra storage units for extracurricular activities for example, boats or extra vehicles.Over all I would rate the unit a 5/5 because it was a decent size 1bedroom apartment with a full size washer and dryer and balcony (everything I was looking for). I didn’t have any issues inside my unit, only issue I had in the community was a bush obstructing the turn out. I informed the property manager and it was taken care of the very next day!Rent is very affordable and there are multiple ways to pay the rent. Very good property overall, and thanks to everyone in the main office.Thanks,”
