Me and my husband went in to get some snacks. We were using the app to get some deals and the scan-and-go function as we had somewhere to be. You need to show the cashier that you paid on the app after paying. There were three workers at the cash register, with only one ringing and bagging and the other two doing nothing. Husband asked one of the non-busy workers to check in which the one ringing up stuff said, "we don't had self-check out here. You have to get in line like everyone else," with such a rude attitude and the scan-and-go function on the app is literally for avoiding lines. My husband tried to explain but she kept talking over him saying that they don't do self-check out. It took my husband and the two other workers to explain it to her. She was clearly embarrassed but instead of owning up to it she made the excuse that she couldn't see it from where my husband was. Grant it she had some sort of visual impairment, but my husband wasn't even asking her but she took it upon herself to be all big bad and rude.
Maybe you should vet your employees to have training in understanding the technology like apps and have one worker helping customers who are app only and another on register instead of all three standing behind the counter. And maybe find people who are friendly. I have been to multiple 7/11's and this was absolutely the worst in terms of employee-customer transactions.

I visited this store Saturday April 27, 2024. It was around 3:30 pm that afternoon. I was looking for a particular beer and found it there. The problem started when I asked a person who was in the beer cooler to help me. She came out rude by saying I'm off work and I'm not doing anything. Than she proceeded to go up front and talk about me with her coworkers. I gladly said to her if she had a problem with me to feel too say it in my face and not behind my back. For one thing we came from Charles Town, WV looking for this because it's my husband's favorite. We were going to purchase all they had but when we got to the register they refused to let us purchase it and called the police. I have never seen rude employees like this. My husband never said a word and asked why she was doing this. This was the second time at this store and the two ladies are the same. Rude and non caring employees. They came out side like a tag team on me. I am disable and over 60 years old. I will never go to this 7-Eleven again and have told friends about how rude your employees are. I don't think this store deserves a star at all. IT NEEDS A NEW ATTITUDE.

There was hardly no coffee-made machines available just the touchscreen. All the other coffee maker were empty. That's a shame especially in the morning where we expect to go to 7-11 stores there we should expect to see coffee fully in those containers ready for all customers.

One bad experience with young female who 100% over charged me and made me have to call corporate office to get a refund but I asked her why so much especially when I shop this place all the time and buy the same product each time so I know how much for each of the items. She got ignorant and loud and kept saying the same price over and over. She didn't scan my phone when I asked her if she did and she replied with a nasty attitude yes of course I did

The Pizza is actually good and big! the boneless wings are tasty! For a gas station store they serve decent food! The staff are very friendly and helpful.I was surprised but happy with everything I got. I am a little embarrassed because at first I thought I had to take home the frozen pizzas home to prepared it myself and grabbed the frozen pizzas to leave out the door, but the nicest cashier said "hun we can cook that for you here!" I was so happy and shocked in the best way possible!! I had no idea they were so kind to do that!Over all the food is wonderful and my kids were happy and so was I! Pizza only takes 3 minutes to cook each and on Friday and Saturday it's only 4.99$! They are huge, cheesy, and delicious!I will visit again!

3rd shift is hands down the best shift. literally the sweetest & most humble gas station workers i’ve ever met. came in a few times when the tall guy was working & he is always so generous & funny. the girl he works with is so kind & humble. they deserve a raise or something.

Oh my. I went in to get a can of fix a flat. Needed tire to attend my daughter's funeral. After I paid 14 dollars for it and went outside the instructions were to small to read. Went back in to ask for help with instructions. Was told it was their getting a buzz time. So sad Martinsburg
