“The pharmacy was extremely helpful and informative. Seen I was charged for the wrong brand of test strips for my insurance to pay for the medicine I was prescribed,fixed it where I could get not only the strips but the monitor as well . I didn't catch her name but she will be doing some traveling to different stores and will be working at a nearby Walgreens in January. She was very patient with me and realized I was very emotional about my new life of being diabetic. She is exactly what customer service represents and was a delight to work. Thank you”
“This store has lots of variety. I like to stop here to pick up a Coke or Dr. Pepper from the cooler before going somewhere else for a quick lunch @ a drive-through at the Kanawha Mall, where I can park & eat my food away from the crowds.”

“I have been shopping at this Kroger's for many years the staff is really friendly and helpful the best thing I like about the Kroger's is the pharmacy. The pharmacist Samantha and Matt are so helpful. They always answer any questions that I might have on my medications. All of the pharmacy techs are really nice and they always greet me when I go there to pick up medications. I highly recommend if you have some prescriptions and you want good customer service great people who answer any questions that you have on your medications this is the Kroger's to go to”
“Just wanted to say their sister company Apps Lab is phenomenal to work with. I needed a covid test to travel out of the country and with a holiday during the 72 hours time frame, their Operations Manager, Vince worked with me to make sure I got the reports I needed for travel. He went out of his way for the best customer service ever! Can’t say THANK YOU enough!”
“Got X-RAYS today and noticed this little gem. Talk about nostalgia, this place is so cool, love the art deco era architecture of this place. Food was fresh off the grill and hot, everything made to order, not sitting under a heat lamp. French fries a phenomenal! BURGERS too. Will definitely be back, won't wait for my next x ray to drop on bye. Very cool place. Sent pictures of this place to my sister in Texas and she can't wait to come here for a visit to try this place out.”

Delivery is on time...they are all.polite professional.. lovely people and I would recommend this company to everyone.”

“Since being customers for 30+ years, I guess it's pretty obvious that we like getting our prescriptions from Fruth. The pharmacists & all the staff are very friendly & professional and seem to take a personal interest in our general well-being. We have tried a few other pharmacies in town that are located more conveniently to our home, but always find they lack any decent level of customer service & at times are just downright rude.As far as some of the other items for sale at Fruth, I guess it depends on what value you place on simple convenience. Some things like basic food items such as milk, bread, canned goods, soda pop, snacks, pet food, etc. are offered at fairly competitive prices for the most part. Other items like cosmetics seem a little overpriced, but I guess it depends on just how desperately you need a tube of lipstick or mascara at that moment or before you go to work. However, most of the home decor items have some pretty outrageous prices on them with a few exceptions. But again, it is convenient, and after all, you sure can't show up at a party completely empty-handed!!”

“Kroger pharmacy is full of caring and compassionate people. They are so quick when you come in sick from an ER or medexpress and it's makes things so much simpler. They always abide by HIPPA laws, unlike other pharmacies. They are also quick to answer any questions you have. I have other opinions on their grocery store and refuse to buy anything from there even if going elsewhere cost more.”
