“Very clean and well-stocked! We were on a long road trip and my toddler threw up in his car seat so we stopped here to get him a change of clothes, pedialyte, Sprite, wash cloths, etc and they had such a great selection for everything. THANK YOU!”
“This Dollar Tree is a hidden gem! You can find almost everything you need at an affordable price. The store is always clean and organized, and the staff is friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for great deals on many items.”
“Dollar Tree Plus in Belle is absolutely one of the best Dollar Trees in the area. The staff is friendly, someone is always stocking, the aisles are wide and roomy, and the place is organized and free of obstacles. I will drive out of my way just to go to this location.”
“We stopped in here while traveling because we were having some car trouble. It was very conveniently located near the highway. The employees were very helpful in finding what we needed. This store was very clean and fairly organized, which can be a rare sight in a Dollar General.”
“First time I have been in this one and will probably always go to this one. It was big and clean. I could walk around wthout having to walk by stuff out on the floor”
“Love love love the dollar tree hands down my best favorite store and not because it’s cheap well yea that’s one favorite thing but because ideas you can make with there products is pretty amazing”
“Enjoy shopping at this store.Convenient to get on and off Route 60.Friendly staff. It is annoying to not be able to look or reach certain things, due to the area being blocked by carts/dollies and other storage things, where whomever is responsible for stocking the shelves has pulled an Elvis and left the building.Am appreciative of DG, because going to wal-marts are impractical to me...with their football field-soze parking lots, people riding around on the motorized carts that can't drive them, and to just get a gallon of milk, you have to walk through the warehouse-sized store.”
“I love this store for its convenient location not far off the interstate but in a more rural area that’s not busy & there’s plenty of parking. Store is clean & mostly stocked. Staff is friendly & helpful. I love that they are getting remodeled to include some veggies & fruit!!! Can’t wait!”
“I think most everyone have their own personal ideas about the Dollar Tree and the price increase. I will say that if it's any contribution, they have added a lot of new items.”
“I love MY Local Dollar General! The cashiers& other workers are courteous & helpful! There's a constant battle w the theives & sleeze for the workers to deal with! They handle each situation accordingly, to maintain a safe & welcoming store atmosphere!”
“Now that they offer pickup, it is finally catching up to the other stores everywhere in safety and lessening the time being around others and potentially spreading Covid-19. When you order online,specifically- not in store,I stress, you can't get everything, actually some of the items such as plastic forks (and even honey buns) are weirdly unavailable unless you buy it in store- which defeats the entire purpose in my opinion. I wouldn't think those were the items that the entire community is rushing out to buy up! If you can get toilet paper and paper towels online, why not the rest? The app itself actually let me buy ice for pickup beforehand so what is deal? I forgot to ask for it when I checked out but that's on me. Nice workers there, more friendly than the usually stoic, or not real helpful, and big improvement over the suspicious eyeballing at alot of the other DG stores local! Being one of the only sources for food and supplies- besides Walmart, they try to keep alot in and vary the foods to help us eat healthier, which is a big deal on their part of being conscientious on the better health and life longevity matters. Still, it takes education and the mental drive and backing up of tenacity, morality, respect, and the real effort to become better, even when you misstep or stumble- not just do better by mere actions for gaining personal acknowledgement. What you do when nobody will see nor be witness of is actually the authentic definition of who you are-for certain!”
“Staff member Taina went above and beyond. I'm disabled and have to pull an oxygen tank around with me. Taina was very friendly and respectful. She helped me locate everything on my list, quickly and with a positive attitude saving me any extra walking and time searching on limited air supply.
The store was well stocked and we found every item on my list. Thank you, Taina! I appreciate you”
“I would give a 5 star the only reason I’m not is because the store was very unorganized and dirty. It didn’t really look like the employees cleaned up or cared that people left their trash behind. Maybe they jus hadn’t had time to clean it yet or maybe they were reorganizing the store? The staff was nice and they did have some decor the other dollar tree didn’t have yet. Lots of back to school stuff to choose frm and they also had lots of cute craft stuff I love all the dollar trees but this one was the messiest yet. Lol”

4817 Midland Dr, Charleston“Not crowded, everything in its place making it easy for me to get what I needed. I visited this store once or twice a week and I can't say anything negative however the reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is bc of the rude dude that came to work there mid summer maybe? He went out of his way to let customers know he was way too busy to be bothered.... Don't remember his name but certainly remember his zero customer service skills!”

1084 Coal River Rd, Racine“I've never been dissatisfied with the service. The people that work there are all nice and very helpful. Today they were going thru redoing all the planograms so I can understand the shelves being empty in spots. I'm sure in a few days it will be back to normal. Not a problem for me.”
“The employees were great as usual. Warm and friendly and willing to talk to their customers even tho they were extremely busy changing things around for holidays and restocking shelves. I'd rather go to the Chesapeake Dollar General than any other.”
“I had just stopped at the Family Dollar to grab a couple things and what a great experience. I wasn't sure where things were in the store so I had asked a girl named Lynn and she was so helpful. She was a very nice person. So when I went to check out I wasn't sure if they were taking checks and she wasn't sure so she called the manager Tammy and Tammy came up and helped her and everything went so smooth. It's nice to know that they're still good retail people out there. Tammy and Lynn are a great team”

731 Bigley Ave, Charleston“Variety of things to look at and decide to purchase. They have groceries a assortment of things for your home. They also have cleaning supplies and baby item. They carry different tools and gadgets for your automobile.”
“The store was clean. The staff was friendly. A wide variety of products to choose from The shelves are always stocked and organized. There's plenty of room for parking. .Furthermore, there's an app you can download that offers many coupons & great discounts.”
“I'm not going to say this store doesn't have it's flaws BUT, this is the ONLY family dollar I've been that doesn't have rude employees. Well, unless you're stealing, of course. The parking lot usually is trashed but it isn't their fault, there is ALWAYS someone asking for money or cigarettes. There is an abundance of bums and drug addicts, sadly. That is anywhere on the Westside. I definitely feel for the employees there. They even have to have security there. The ONLY negative thing I have to say about the store itself that they can control would be the prices. A lot of things doesn't have price tags.”
“The staff is always friendly. The store does need more employees, therefore, more hours as it seems that upper management must feel that my time is theirs to waste as often the registerr is not manned at all times. They expect them to be in the back stocking shelves and have to run back and forth doing 2 or three jobs at once. Why make people stand in line to hand you money?”
