Absolutely amazing hotel stay! Cleanest room I've been in for my entire vacation stay up to this point. Bed was comfortable. Shower was amazing and the water pressure was like a back rub ? staff was friendly and accommodating. Wish I could take this room with me for the rest of my vacation! Highly recommended and good for the price!

Stayed here a couple weeks ago and wasn't bad, this time(December 2023)started ok but turned horrible really quick, was staying here and my wife happened to be in the area and stopped by to see me, she had our chihuahua with her and I talked to her out in the parking lot. The fella that helps out/works/owns/or who know what jumped all over her about "bringing her dog her to **** in is yard", when she took him to the far end of the lot in the edge of the woods to use the bathroom. When I asked him what the issue was he became very defensive and said something about he didn't bring his dog to **** in my yard. This guy has some serious issues and has absolutely zero respect for women. Will not ever be staying here again regardless of how convenient it happens to be for what I need. Unfortunately it's in an area where there aren't many choices of places to stay and he knows that so being an ***hole is ok. Well he won't be getting any more of my money and really anyone else should use this as a last resort simply because of the way this guy acts, he is off the rails!!!!

We stayed Sunday through Friday and were totally happy with our stay. Ashley runs a tight ship at this joint. Friendly, texted to confirm our arrival, nice basic rooms with unlimited hot water. I was worried after my little girl and 13 year old son took long hot showers but I had hot water for my whole long shower as well. Internet was fast enough for all 3 of us to stream even though rest of hotel was booked up and probably doing the same thing.Nearby activities: Almost heaven trails everywhere! What else do you need besides an all terrain vehicle and some friends to roll with?Walkability: Can walk across street to grocery store, car parts store, dollar store, all walking less than 300 feet.Food & drinks: Keith’s across street, Hardee’s around corner, Wendy’s, all walking distance.

Very impressed and honestly I think they should charge more by atleast $30. Its loud though due to sxs but thats why we are all here. The service quite frankly is superior to anywhere I've stayed! Ashley be killin it in such an awesome way, thank you so much Ashley for the incredible customer service! You made the trip easy and I appreciate that!

The owners to this establishment are very nice people! They will go out of their way to help you. I would highly recommend this to any Outdoorsman riding hunting hiking it's an all the way around good spot to stay five stars out the door no questions!

We absolutely love coming to this motel! It's actually the only reason we come back to Rock house. The trails are ok not my favorite but it's the owner, his family the staff, the local bars and restaurants like cliffside and the pizza place that bring us back. If it was closer to us we would come all the time but a few times a year we make the trip up and really enjoy it. Perfect location for everything! We love it for our big groups because we all get our own space. The rooms are nice and simple. The price you can't beat anywhere. We feel like we are at home here and that's what we love! We know our $100,00 worth of machines sitting outside are completely safe. They have cameras and the staff are watching all night. Can't wait to come back next weekend!Rooms: The best ac I ever had in a hotel!!Nearby activities: Lots of things close by for food, gas, dollar general, ABC store, bar, grocery storeSafety: They have cameras and they have someone always out at nightWalkability: You can't easily walk to anythingFood & drinks: A bar right next door and one across the street with foodNoteworthy details: The owners are amazing! They really treat us like family!

Had a great week at trails inn... rooms are clean... Beds are comfortable... a/c is cold...It's close several restaurants... The Rockhousetrail head is less than a 1/2 mile away. ... Great location has everything you need within walking distance.Rooms: Huge rooms with a great shower and very clean. Amber will get you what ever you need. She's a sweetie. Love the interaction with everyone.Nearby activities: Trail head right around the corner.Safety: Arnie is on it!!! He watches out for everyone and their belongings.Walkability: Gas station convenient store with coffee and 2 grocery stores and dg family dollar and car parts store all right there. Walgreens too.Food & drinks: There is Wendy's and Hartys Keith's bar and grill in walking distance other restaurants around the cornerNoteworthy details: Arnie and Ashley are great people. Arnie help my hubby with my machine pointed him in the right direction to get my tire fixed. Kenneth opened on his day off to help us. GREAT PEOPLE!!!!! Will definitely be back next year. Thank you for a great week!!!!!

They will not upload the outlaw trails onto your own personal tablet but yet you can buy a tablet from him with the trails on it?? Yes I understand that's how they make there money I am a business guy my self, but I said that I would pay for the maps to be uploaded to my tablet. So what is the difference there?

I stayed here as a halfway point between my two destinations. Very good location across the street from a grocery store and a decent grill. The room was clean and fairly large. Obviously caters more to long term occupants, but I was comfortable. The lady who checked me in was pleasant and friendly. For the price you can hardly go wrong. One thing I really appreciated was that even when the hotel lost all power with the rest of the town at about 4 am they still had hot water.

First time staying here while riding the Rockhouse section of the Hatfield McCoy trails. Arnie and Ashley are very accommodating and located super close to the trailhead, as well as gas, groceries and restaurants. Definitely recommend and will be returning at some point!!

The rooms are always clean, have tv, microwave and coffee pot. Everything is nearby including gas, food, grocery, repair shop, auto parts store, and retail. The owners are incredibly welcoming and helpful. They know directions to sites and helped find the parts I needed to fix a broken side by side. Thanks Arnie and Ashley!!

Friendly people and a clean room at a decent rate. rooms are a little dated . but excellent truck parking for a trailer close walk to restaurants and a bar. if you’re into ATVs this is definitely the place.

Very convenient place to stay with everything right nearby. Rooms are clean and the owner can point you in the direction of the best trails.
