This local post does not forward mail after the forward mail form was filled out and sent in. Mail was sent back to sender causing bills to go unpaid. Very disappointed since this affected my mother's mail. They did however forward catalogs. First class mail who knows.

Does this place really not check the drop box outside daily?!?! Bc I dropped off a package 3 days ago, tracking still only shows level printed! Has NOT been scanned?!?

The hours stink but when I had an issue, they were quick to resolve this issue.
