“My car got stuck in a ditch on a driveway near this business. I was totally stuck and about to call a tow company when the owner of Hainer's noticed and kindly offered to help. He studied the situation and then used his knowledge and skills to prop the car up and carefully guide it back onto the driveway without needing a truck or tearing up the underside. He never asked me for a penny!”
“4.5 hours from home and closing time, we were kind of freaking out. We pulled in at 5pm with a low tire warning. Even though they were technically closed they still put our spare tire on and ordered a new tire for the next day. They changed out the tire and had us back on the road in no time at all.
