Wow I just called about a package that I didn't get and was supposed to as of today, the man I spoke to was very rude and when I told him that the mail man had already arrived he proceeds to tell me that there is two mail carriers for my road (which isn't the case) and refused to check and see if my package was there

Tell me why everytime I have a package, the mail lady sits in my drive way and honks over and over again until I go get it from her car?? There has been occasions when I wasn't home and she literally left my package in the drive way. They got wet and snowed on. My porch is 15 ft from the driveway, I promise it's not that far away.

Small post office with always excellent service. I've been using this P.O. for almost 30 years, and there's been some new blood recently, but the public service staff is always friendly, efficient, and helpful. A lot of credit should go to the principal trainer. I won't name names, but I have trained public service staff myself, and she's as good as they come. A first-class P.O.
