My phone stopped charging so I came into the Logan store to see what my options are and Jeremy was able to get me a replacement. I’m very happy with the overall experience at the store they’re always willing to work and help in any situation.

Jeremy was great to deal with he helped when my husband's phone wasnt charging and mine had a broken screen. Turns out he was able to pay off what's owed and get us into two new phones with very little on bill!

Walmart was no help so I came to the Logan store to start service very helpful because I'm not the best with technology and he was very helpful with moving my pictures over from an old phone that I'm selling. Very great experience!

My WiFi calling wasn’t working and I tried troubleshooting myself but couldn’t get it to work so I stopped into the store and the gentleman helped me reset it and also reset my Verizon password. I was very appreciative of the service.

I'm happy to give this Verizon store a 5-star rating, thanks to Chelsey's exceptional service! Her positive attitude and hard work made all the difference in my experience. Not only did she help me purchase a Galaxy watch (my second attempt, after receiving the wrong device from another location), but she also caught an extra charge that the previous store had missed while refunding the original device. Chelsea's dedication and attention to detail are truly appreciated, and I highly recommend this store to anyone seeking top-notch services.

Came into the Logan store because I was having problems with my service. Jeremy did some troubleshooting to fix the problem and we’re going to keep in touch with any issue. I really appreciate the service they always provide.

My phone kept saying it was full but after talking with the rep he informed me that it is in fact junk and ads trying to get info very thankful for the information because I thought it was something serious.

Came in for help with an insurance replacement for a stolen phone and the gentleman helped me finish setting it up and he was able to get a great deal by adding streaming services to my Verizon account rather than paying more individually
