Very disappointing experience. We were told a particular car being advertised online was 'flawless', and when we asked for pictures of any defects, dings or scratches, were told that they couldn't find any...and yet after we drove 6 hours to pick it up, we immediately spotted two clear dents in the passenger door from 20 feet away. In addition, there were multiple scratches and chips on the rear quarter panel, and scratches on one wheel. There was absolutely NO WAY the salesperson or manager could have missed it, especially while detailing it for a sales inspection. FAR from flawless.After we expressed our dissatisfaction and frustration on a wasted multi-hour trip, they did try to remedy the situation by offering a steep discount, which was nice, until they became extremely pushy as to why we wouldn't buy the car. Honestly ,it was more out of principal that we refused the car. We buy an average of 2 cars a year, and in each transaction are very detailed and precise in what we expect. This is the first time we felt we were intentionally misled.

Took my van to get the transmission fluid replaced. I drove it back home and saw transmission fluid was leaking. Took it back, and they fixed the problem. No charge. Great people!

Got ripped in service dept.-----quote to install range sensor in jeep---$280----that turned into $595----labor alone was $460 not conunting $67 for the sensor.they claim my shift linkage was frozen---jeep will not shift if that be the case-this is my every day driver---I DROVE IT TO THE SERVICE DEPT.shift link WAS NOT FROZEN-IT HAS BEEN REPLACED---I STILL HAVE THE OLD ONE --OWENER REFUSED MY CALLS----I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE DEPT. YOU WILL GET JACKED!BY THE WAY MY WRANGLER HAS 88 THOUSAND MILES AND IS IN IMMACULATE SHAPE.------UPDATE 10-16-23----OWNER STILL REFUSING MY CALLS-- BY THE WAY CHECK THEIR BBB RATING---IT SAYS A LOT

Service Dept. has taken care of a few problems that I’ve had with my 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee in a timely manner. Employees have been courteous. I’m glad Logan has a Quality Jeep Dealership again.

I can’t thank the service shop enough!!!!!!! We were in town for the week and radiator had a hole. They we’re able to get us in and fixed by the next day! Very kind techs and manager i could go on for days about how happy we are about the service we received!Thank y’all so much

Got a Jeep from here in may 2022 never received our tags like they said we would in august. After numerous phone calls to these people we find out in November that they actually need a state inspection paper to be sent to them. And it can’t be a copy. We didn’t get our license plate till March of 2023. All because of the poor communication and clearly the lack of knowledge for their jobs.
