“Go here to ship anythingThey’re always fast and friendlyTook off a star though because I went here recently to ship out a package after a long day and they had closed an hour early, lights were still on but the doors were locked and the bars were up .... another time I waited out front for about 30-40 min after their opening time for them to open the doors so I could ship a package since it was the last errand I had to run that morning.”
“Very friendly staff allowed me to come pick up a package from their location so I could have it in time for my daughters birthday! They didn't have to allow me to but they did so anyway and could not have been any kinder to me as that specific package was the main gift that my daughter wanted for her birthday and it would have been disappointing to not have it for her birthday party. “I do believe suddenlink was a better service... with suddenlink the wifi went out every now and then... with optimum, the wifi goes out several times a day... looking into frontier now.Update on my review.....after notifying optimum of the problem..they were out the next day!!The problem was fixed fast, the workers were friendly , on time and efficient!Optimum you ROck!Thank you!!”
