Not great. The overall look of the place was dirty. The sink area needed cleaned, visible dirt and grime. Floors need cleaned. The hand towels were stained. There is a need for training inexperienced nail techs. The girl that did my nails was very nice, but I could tell inexperienced. She said she had worked there a month. My acrylic is lumpy in spots and my cuticles are burning a day after getting my “fill.” One looks very irritated and may be getting infected. The polish and acrylic was messy. I had to ask to get excess off my skin and to clean with the drill under my nails. No wonder other employees kept coming to check her work. The polish and acrylic was taken too far down to my cuticle, so now they are irritated. I have to figure out how to keep my cuticles from being infected, irritated & hurting. Only reason I went is because my regular nail tech is out of town. Missed opportunity for this business. I won’t be back. I don’t blame the employee, she tried her hardest, I could tell. Regal Nails. take time to work with your employees & ensure they are well trained vs. just having the “numbers” there to do nails, it will help your business more in the long run. Word of mouth in a small town is everything. Hopefully you take heed and improve.

Don’t waste your time coming here. Just tried to get 1 broken nail repaired for my daughter, the place was still open and the nail tech was rude and said they weren’t taking anyone else for the day, however you don’t close till 7pm. Thanks for showing my daughter how not to treat people. and It was only 6:23pm plenty of time to fix 1 singular small nail.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Not only did they refuse to fix our nails, they were absolutely rude to my sister in law when she tried to get her nails taken off that they messed up. I would highly suggest not going here and driving the extra hour to Charleston.

one day i went in needing a set for hoco, and i got one of the dudes. i don’t know his name, but he cut me multiple times, blood on the sides of multiple fingers. kept yanking my fingers as some sort of signal for me to position them better. would get little sharp pains shooting down my whole finger every now and then so i’m assuming he hit some sort of nerve when he cut me. went in again today needing a prom set, hoping i wouldn’t get him again, and of course i did. he again cut me multiple times. blood on the sides once again, and still getting that same sharp pain shooting down my finger every now and then. every other experience with every other woman there has been great. they’re super careful and sweet. if you go here, just make sure you make an appointment with one of the women to avoid getting him, maybe try and request one of them if you’re just walking in.Service: Acrylic nails

HORRIBLE! Went to get my nails done and spend a girls day with my grandmother and horrible. Not only was my na tech up and down constantly, on her phone texting and on Snapchat while in the process of doing my nails. Not only were they crooked, not painted with gel like I paid for, not completely polished and you can see through them, polish on my hands and glue on my hands. Called and requested a refund and was told they don’t have a machine that gives refunds! They did offer to fix it but I mean I sat there forever while my tech talked and laughed and so on. I was patient and she was just plain sloppy and my experience was horrible. $60 for sloppy and no gel or even completely painted. WILL NEVER GO BACK. Period. Will be disputing charges with my bank asap. I paid for a service and I want the service I paid for. HOW do you mess up simple short stiletto plain black nails? Ridiculous.Services: Gel manicures

honestly, the nails for me weren’t too bad. i don’t really like that shape, but i’m okay with it. the only thing i didn’t like was how unprofessional they were being. as a nail place they should make it okay for their customers to speak up when they don’t like something. the lady could seen the disappointment on my face from how awful she did my design. she asked me very rudely (like she was offended) if i wanted her to redo the design. i told her yes and she seemed upset. blaming me of why she didn’t do good at the design. the gossip between two girls was unbelievable. i understand when at work you need to check your phone, but to facetime is different. the lady was facetiming and on her phone texting most of the time which caused me to stay longer.Service: Acrylic nails

Went there today for the first time in years and took my girls with me so we could have a mother daughter day. Big mistake:/ the person doing my nails was literally rude from second one! She was eating Doritos or on her phone. When I told her I didn’t like how they looked she went off and said for one of the guys there to do it! Literally got out of the chair. Good because I was sick or my stomach with her grimy dorito hands touching me anyway. Our nails look ok but nothing I would ever pay $120 for again. They made $120 off of three girls nails today and never again! Ever! I told the guy who finished my nails they lost repeat customers over her. Very rude and unprofessional!

I went in with both my sisters and my mom. They got their nails perfectly done by the woman with pink hair, grayish blonde and one of their male employees. However, i got my nails done by a woman with black hair. I showed her what i wanted and she said she could do it. She did something completely different but my sisters nail tech did the exact thing i wanted but on her in different colors. After she noticed i didn’t like them she came over to me asking what the issue was. I told her they didn’t really look like the photo and i showed her the photo AGAIN. My mom asked her if she could fix them and she said someone else could because she did mine perfect. She also was telling her coworker than one of the male employees was making fun of her laugh when he wasn’t. He was just conversating with another coworker in his language . I just included a photo of what i wanted vs what i got.Services: Acrylic nails
