I honestly had the worst experience here the front desk lady's are extremely rude I walked in and the lady seen me and she just turned around to talk I sat there infont of the check-in window for 10 mins I tried to get her attention she just ignored me after and hour in the waiting room I got put into a actual room after another hour goes by the nurse comes in to tell me I'm fine just and I ask for a work excuse she told me to go out front and give her a min that min was a hour then I walked up to the window and the same woman turned around to talk and I asked her for my discharge papers and my work excuse she was so rude about it and rushed my papers out the window this was my worst experience at the logan county medExpress.

My daughter saw Heather Kirk and even though the xray machine was broken, she was able to diagnose her with pneumonia and prescribe antibiotics. My daughter had had a fever of 103 for 15 days and couldn't sleep or breath well. After two trips to the pediatrician, she was put on an antibiotic but continued to get worse. I knew something wasn't right, so we went to MedExpress. I am so glad Heather listened to us and gave us the right diagnosis, within hours of taking the new antibiotic my daughter could breathe again and fully recovered within days.

I went to MedExpress for back pain. I was from out of state and they took such good care of me. Very nice people. The doctor was absolutely wonderful. I really appreciate how much they cared and took care of me. Definitely when I come in again if I need help. I definitely would go to MedExpress.

Went in for an injury, they said it was tendon damage and to take a week off. Two weeks later it’s only getting worse and has turned into disfigurement on the side of my body the injury occurred on. They did an x-ray and spent less than 20 seconds actually looking at my protruding clavicle.

I was in West Virginia on vacation and I fell ill so I looked up Med express urgent care in Logan.From the beginning Everyone was so nice.From Justyn to the np Heather took there time to help me. The website for med express was very straightforward and easy to set up an appointment within hours of my call. Now 2 days later, my girlfriend and I are traveling around this beautiful state for the next couple weeks. I want to thank everyone at Med express urgent care.
